Jake " i feel someone touching me , I'm going to get that person"

I heard him giggling ,that was the sweetest sound i ever heard. I slightly opened my eyes and saw him sitting next to me ,mc was laying there looking at us. He was about to touch my face and I grabbed him.

Jake " I got you , you're the one touching me "

He started laughing

Jake " Dada nooooo , mama help"

He wouldn't stop laughing , this is the way it should have been.

They slept together last night and that was okay with me , I would let them have all the time together they needed.when i walked into the room he was poking his father i laid on the bed looking at them . One month ago I would never have imagined something like this , now this was all I wanted. When Jake grabbed him he started laughing .

Mc " let's go baby boy ,time for your bath you have to go to school"

Jake " Mama nooooooo , Jake stay with dada "

Jake " He goes to school ?"

Mc " Yes because i work ".

Jake " wait what ?,

So i explained to him

Jake " Okay , let's go buddy bath time, I'll take you to school ".

Mc " you're going to give him a bath?"

Jake " I am "

Mc " Okay Good luck , I'll leave his clothes out for you ".

He got off the bed and grabbed Jake by his legs ,I almost had a heart attack. I guess he saw the look in my face so he held him properly .

Mc " I'm heading down to the kitchen ".

I grabbed Jake's clothes and left it on the bed , then I left them. When I walked into the kitchen everyone was there.

Hannah " morning "

Mc " morning everyone"

Thomas " Where are they ?"

Mc " well Jake's giving his son a bath"

Richy " Oh shit ,did you at least warn him that Jake spills water ?"

I looked at them and smiled

Mc " Nope "

Lilly " I need to see this "

She got up and ran out the kitchen laughing ,so did phil, Thomas ,and richy .

Hannah " Idiots , you know how jake is during bath time "

Mc " i know , where did Riley sleep last night ?"

Hannah " Out back where we buried her ,we took breakfast to her but she didn't want any ".

Mc " her choice "

We were talking when Jake walked. Followed by Lilly and the others.

Phil " No "

Mc " No what ?"

Lilly " He didn't do it "

Mc " Do what ?"

Thomas " there's no water in the bathroom "

I looked at him

Mc " What did you do ?"

They were looking at me , was it really an issue? I just told him if he spilled water ,mama could get hurt .and he understood , but I wasn't saying anything to them.
