Chapter 18: scene without Amanda, Jenna's view

I found Amanda hiding something from me, she said it was a surprise but I wasn't really believing her, she had her cheeks red and she only had them like that when she lied.
I hope it was nothing related with the call I made yesterday taking with my boss because then she would have found out absolutely everything and I would be fucked if she knew. But of course it couldn't be... this walls are soundproof, right?
I needed to find out what the "surprise" was so that I could remain calm knowing she didn't know the truth.
Once she was out of the hotel room for a coffee i ordered her from the Starbucks nearby, I tried to enter her computer but of course it needed a password. I tried everything, her name, her birthdate, altogether her name and birthdate, my name and birthdate, but nothing worked, until I thought of her sister's name, what was it?... Kayla! That was it. I entered Kayla and it didn't work... I had no hopes of finding the right password but after trying with everything i tried with Kayla plus Amanda's birthdate and it worked. Omg! I couldn't believe it, I was in her laptop now, whatever she was hiding from me had to be there indeed.
After nearly half an hour looking trough all her documents all I could find were a lot of files from work, the pictures of our wedding and a surprise party invitation she had made I guess to send it to people put on the date of my birthday. Then, after all, maybe she wasn't lying about the surprise and i had just exaggerated a lot and I had over concerned about it all. I decided then to let it go when I remembered seeing her taking a pen drive out of the computer just when i entered the room unexpectedly. I needed to find that pen drive, but that was going to be more difficult than entering her computer, the hotel room had hardly any places to hide little things and maybe it wasn't even in the room and she was carrying it with her everywhere, in that case, it was impossible for me to steal it if she had it with her all the time, but I needed to figure out a way to do it because that pen could carry absolutely everything or perhaps not, but I don't know, I mean I couldn't know until I got that pen and introduced it to a laptop to see what was in it.
