Without further ado, here is the last chapter of "Just Us"

After Nick explained what actually happened and that Parker had nothing to do with any of this, Nick and the women, except Mace, collectively agreed that Lin would go with him. She made sure to wear glasses with a G.P.S tracker on them so the rest can follow them after.

"Nanjing Road. Six miles west from here." Khadijah noted down as they watched the live footage.

"It's a hotel," Mace pointed out. "Here. Suite, 3004."

"We can access it from the rooms above and below," Khadijah said as Marie walked towards the open door in the back.

"How do we know they're empty," Graciela asked.

"They will be," Khadijah smiled, looking back at the computer, and began to type.

"I found something." Marie hollered as she stepped into the living room. Mace turned around, nodding her head and following Marie to the room.

The two stepped into what looked like a weapons room right out of an action movie. With guns, the length of a desk hung on the wall, and cases of ammo, knives, and rope—a table off to the side with more weaponry.

"Right," Mace sighed, walking out to get the rest.

"How do we know this is not an act?" Mace asked as Khadijah and Marie packed the last duffle bag of supplies.

"Mace," Khadijah sighed, tossing the last bag on the floor next to the rest.

"Nick double-crossed me once, I have no doubt he would do it again." She tried to make her point.

"Mace, if you don't want to do this, then don't," Marie stepped to her. "But, don't try to stop us from finishing this mission. You may not have anyone in danger, but the rest of us have family under the gun, so just let us do this," Mace stood straight trying to stare Marie down. "I think you know how I deal with obstructions, or do you need me to demonstrate." Marie stepped forward.

"Guys," Graciela stepped between, "Please, Mace, my babies are in danger," She turned to Mace, pleading.

"Fine," Mace rolled her eyes, stepping back and helping Khadijah take the bags out.

Hotel City of Dreams, Shanghai

"Where's Parker?" Nick asked Giovanni as they left the elevator. Something about this place and how weird Elijah's men were acting didn't sit right with Nick.

"She's all yours once the drive is running," He coldly responded, pushing him to Suite, 3004.

Nick scoffed as he opened the door, walking in. He was met with a heavily guarded hallway, a round table to the right, and a living area to the left. He walked towards the bar as Elijah's men pushed Lin towards the table. The cuts on his face only added to the pain he was currently feeling, and he was desperate to numb it.

"How much longer is it gonna take?" Nick asked rudely, trying to keep the facade for Elijah's men, as he walked back to the table, sitting down across from Lin.

"The encryption has multiple fail-safes, it takes time." Lin bluntly answered.

"You're running out of it," Giovanni interrupted.
