Extremely sorry but I don't know when can I update after this because I don't have a phone anymore T_T.

My niece is solely responsible for making me throw my phone from the third floor.

It is too difficult to update from Laptop... I can not even use emojis ... <//3.

But here is a long-ass chapter as an apology :)

The preparations for war were much more complicated than it was initially considered.

Taehyung had never really considered the possibility of having to manage a kingdom but now managing a kingdom that is going to get involved in a war sounds way scarier.

His whole day is spent on his heels, working around different departments while simultaneously taking weapons and physique classes from Alpha Hoseok.

The whole palace had suddenly become more gloomy, the loud laughs, bickering, chattering that usually covers the palace was nowhere to be seen.

Taehyung huffed as he plopped down on his couch after working around the whole day. He saw a pile of files regarding all the progress in different departments stacked nicely one over another.

But the thing that caught his attention were two letters placed neatly on the left side of the table.

It is the thing that he looks forward to the most every day.

The first letter was from Alpha Yoongi and Alpha Seokjin. His face blooms into a smile as he read the first letter sent by the duo after leaving for the evacuation mission.

It was probably for the best as the mission was itself a secretive one and they can not afford to blow off their cover by exchanging letters frequently, however, that does not mean that Taehyung's Omega wasn't getting restless in worry.

The letter he received was thoroughly scented and he couldn't help smiling at it, the letter itself was pretty basic a little detailed explanation of the strategy, the progress, and the future actions all written in the code language they have decided to prevent getting their cover blown in case their letter was caught by the enemies.

He took a deep breath opened a small notepad wrote down all the important details and then kept the letter in his table drawer then picked up the second letter sent to by Jungkook and Jimin regarding their diplomatic meeting, it was also scented but unlike Jimin's natural lighter scent it has heavy synthetic scent along with Jungkook's rich earthy scent.

He sighed, it wasn't like Taehyung had expected Jimin to be magically able to come to terms with his biology but he expected him to slowly reduce the use of the synthetic scent.

He huffed reading the contents noting down the important details into the notepad before safely keeping the letter in a safe space.

Before he can pick up some another file to review he was stopped by a knock on his door.

" Taehyung-ah can we enter "

Taehyung's eyes lit up at that familiar sound, "yes Hobi Hyung come in.. "

The door creaked open as the two alpha walked in, and Taehyung's got even further excited seeing Namjoon walking in with a bottle of expensive wine in his hand.

He raised a questioning brow at the alpha, to which Namjoon shrugged helplessly with his lips curled in a soft smile... " our Majesty is working way too hard, he needs a break. "

Taehyung laughed as he saw Hoseok wriggling his eyebrows suggestively, he can not believe that it is the same alpha who become a literal demon while training.

However, when a glass is raised towards him he accepted it with a smile, swirling the liquor softly as he watched his alphas pouring themselves a glass each.

He wasn't sure when it happened, that one second he was seated on his office chair with his glass of wine, and the other second he was sandwiched between two alphas kissing and groping each other hungrily.

Taehyung held onto Hoseok as he made himself comfortable on Namjoon's lap kissing both the Alphas alternatively while grinding softly on Namjoon's lap.

His forehead is sweaty even though the temperature is chilly outside.

He jerked a bit when he felt the cold palm of alpha's skin come in contact with his heated skin, Taehyung sat patiently as Hoseok helped him out of his upper robe.

Soon all three of them were sitting with their upper half-naked as they made out on the couch of Taehyung's office.

And Taehyung loved how nothing was rushed, everything happened slowly and softly they drank wine, kissed each other in between, joked about their mates, made out a little more, and drank a little more.

By the time they were done Taehyung felt high and he can not really decide if it was alcohol or the pleasant scent of arousal filling in his office that is making him feel so high.

He laughed as he saw the two alphas rush to take care of their hard-ons, it was cute how they try to hide it. He sat down glad that his heat suppressant was saving him trouble as he would sure be leaking slick everywhere by now.

" Let's sleep hmm... You look, tired baby.."

Namjoon leaned on the office door looking expectantly at the Omega and if it would have been any other situation he would have tried to refuse the alpha but it was clear from his face that how worried the alpha was, and although Namjoon would rather die than to admit it, Taehyung knew that the worry was mostly for their missing mates than himself.

But he would not be the one to highlight alphas own feelings for him.

Taehyung nodded closing the file he had picked up, silently grieving about not getting the work done for the day. He handed the office keys to Hwasa before walking off with the alpha who cling to him trying to scent him like an eager puppy and he let him be.

He knows that the alpha is worried and so he let himself be dragged onto a king-size bed where Hoseok was changing into his sleeping robe, he looked slightly surprised by seeing Taehyung and Namjoon and raised a questioning brow, but he soon realized he won't be getting any answer so he silently followed both alpha and omega to the bed and let himself be tucked in by Namjoon.

It was weird, the way Namjoon was acting. He should be concerned only about Taehyung but Hoseok saw how Taehyung wasn't the center of his attention instead he was taking care of him too equally and as an alpha being treated like this should be offensive but he liked it, and so he closed his eyes letting the alpha nudge him around to comfort and fuss over him and Taehyung a little more before settling down to sleep himself.

It was after four days that Taehyung can finally close his eyes to sleep comfortably in the middle of the safe embrace of his mates.

It was peaceful.
