The wind blows high as Yoongi rushed his horse through the averse path of the forest his hand wrapped around Seokjin as the alpha bleeds through an open wound.

The blood gushed out at a terrific pace.

It was horrible as they were ambushed when they least expected and they were barely able to escape at least a group of fifty soldiers at the expense of Seokjin taking the blow.

For Yoongi at that moment Seokjin felt like a burden, a group of gifty soldiers was nothing for an assassin head who had lived most of his life facing a situation like this however one blow at Seokjin and his utter inability to defend himself baffled Yoongi.

It was when he noticed the alpha bleeding out from his already fever-stricken body does Yoongi took a blow to his dignity as the assassin he was so proud of and decided what his priority should be.

And that is to lead the alpha to a safe place. His ego took a backseat in front of the ailing alpha.

The moon goddess must have taken pity on them as when Yoongi raced his horse through the maze-like forest he could see a small flicker of light on the far end of the forest.

Maybe it was pure instincts by the way he felt comfortable enough to blindly hold on to that one single feeling and rush his horse towards that light.

In the independent land, the flag of the empire was high, and the light scent of his pack covered the region.

Yoongi was perplexed at the sudden appearance of his pack and their empire's tent but the feeling of being with the pack overshadowed it completely.

He rushed inside, completely disregarding the soldiers placed on the main gate to the cluster of tents.

It was probably the scent of blood that drew the attention as slowly but surely all his pack was out in front of him.

Namjoon growled low and deep at the sight of wounded Seokjin and although Yoongi wants to believe the narrative in his head that goes against Namjoon, he can not ignore the genuine worry in the alpha's eyes.

And Yoongi could feel the alpha getting restless unable to touch or comfort Seokjin, at that moment Yoongi handed over the bleeding Alpha to Namjoon who was quick to pick him up and rush toward the pack healers tent carrying the alpha in his arms.

Everyone's attention now on Yoongi who looked exhausted, his pale complexion looking even paler and the eyebags getting worse than what it had been the day they left the empire.

" you need rest..".

Before Jimin could come forward to help the alpha to a comfortable place.

Yoongi raised his hand motioning the delta to stop as he turned his attention to Taehyung who was standing there with a cloudy expression covering his face.

" This place is right in the middle, we can be discovered plus Jin bleed his way to here we will be found in no time." Yoongi looked angry, angry at Taehyung and he was.

He just saw one of the people he ever started considering a family bleed in his arm and it wasn't an experience he wants to have ever again, his alpha in him was still clawing to be let out wild with Yoongi being able to barely keep it in.

If this foolish act of Taehyung ends up putting any of the seven of them in danger, Yoongi fears he will lose his mind.

Taehyung was calm, it was one thing about the omega he was always calm. He gives out a sense of security as if he has everything planned, everything laid out and that is something Taehyung had.

He leaned closer to alpha grabbing a fistful of his hair jerking his head to one side with force enough to make Yoongi bare his teeth against the show of dominance by the omega his already rampant Alpha almost going feral at being made to submit.

But all Taehyung did was laugh low and breathy as if endeared by a puppy's growling. He raised his hand pressing two firm fingers on the alpha's scent gland.

The scene almost gave a whiplash to the two alpha's still standing there and Jimin who had already experienced this side of taehyung got embarrassingly red.

The way Yoongi deflated, breaking into Taehyung's hold was beautiful baring his neck more as he let Taehyung suck on his scent gland, scenting the alpha right at the middle of the ground.

Hoseok looked at the dazed look at Yoongi who now was looking way more relaxed than he did a few minutes earlier. The method of scenting by Omega isn't common most of the alpha's and Omega do not practice this as it is considered a disgrace to let someone of lower hierarchy scent you.

But he doesn't know what to expect next as he saw Taehyung's grip on Yoongi's hair loosen and he stopped sucking on his scent gland letting Yoongi off.

The place was tense, what would Yoongi do punch Taehyung ?? Use his Alpha pheromones and voice to make Taehyung submit ?? and be a douche to omega, and if so both Hoseok and Jungkook were ready to fight the alpha.

The next thing was something no one has expected, Yoongi fall forward his head falling on Taehyung's shoulder as the man took in a deep whiff of the omega's calming scent.

Taehyung hugged the alpha close rubbing calming circles on his back,
" The area is covered by Wizards, it doesn't appear like what it did to you, to someone who has not given permission it looks and feels like a big block of rock, and we already asked the wizards to remove any kind of scent traces of seokjin's blood... You have worried a lot these past days. Go with Jimin take some rest, we will update you when you are well rested .... Hmm?? "

Yoongi gave a small nod before he was handed on to Jimin who lead the alpha to a comfortable-looking tent. It was a matter of seconds as the Alpha hit the bed and was out cold with all the fatigue of past days catching up to him.

Jimin huffed, looking at the alpha covered in dirt and mud all sweaty and gross sleeping so peacefully that although he wants to he can not bring himself to wake the alpha up and ask him to take a bath.

A small smile made his way as he walked out, instructing the old beta nurse to change Yoongi's clothes and gave him a sponge bath while not disturbing the alpha's peaceful sleep.

Things are happening at a much faster pace and although Jimin is not ready he just wishes for the best.
