Part 16

Bucky's POV

After what seemed like a good day of Fury evaluating Y/n and it was, besides the part Wanda hit her with a box while trying to train, everything else was fine. Fury thinks she's doing good here but I don't think so as much as him. She's still hesitant to do some stuff but tries to hide it when we ask her or what I just saw as a possible problem or issue how her hand shakes when she has to take her meds. I'll have to ask Stark if he's seen her do that at all before just to be sure. Yes it's a bit off of me to care for a rescue or let alone anyone who isn't Steve but I guess its just because I relate to her. Maybe to much. Possibly to much to the point every time I have to leave for a mission it kills me to go...and speak of the devil I see Stark running to the door which is not a good sign.

"Barnes. Oh and Fury you too" Tony says.

"Maybe you need training if your out of breath from walking down one hall" Fury says.

"Ouch. Anyways I think I have something considering terminator soldier over there" Tony says. You just stop what your doing and give him a look.

"He's kidding and give us a sec just continue" Bucky says. You turn back to Wanda and Bucky turns back around seeing Tony pull something up on his tablet.

"At the house where you know who saved us and our identities there was cameras vary well hidden but I got in them. There's one guy who used this house and he isn't Hydra but he was there he works at a building but his records clean, no tickets or anything which is weird" Tony says.

"Point Stark" Fury says.

"I did facial recognition and his ID was made in 2012 his name is Diego Marcelo and low and behold he used to work in shield" Tony says.

"Okay so he used to be a spy" I ask.

"I fired that guy cause he found out something about human trafficking and went to investigate when I didn't authorize it" Fury says.

"And I connected the dots to Y/n files and apparently he is her old physical trainer before Rumlow" Tony says.

"So we have a possible lead" I say.

"Way to dumb it down but yes, we have a lead" Tony says.

"Okay where is he now" Fury ask.

"Work's in a building in New York like a 20 minute drive from here" Tony says.

"Barnes do you recognize the name?" Fury ask.

"No why?" I ask.

"Cause you are going with Rogers to go pay him a little visit. Get him to talk see if he knows a place where Hydra could be and see if we can possibly find out where Pierce is alright" Fury says.

"I can't just leave Fury" I say.

"She is more than capable to leave your sight for a couple hours besides I'll be here still and better yet Maximoff will take over for you" he says. I really didn't want to leave her by herself. Or was it me who didn't want to leave her. I was unsure of what I wanted to do at this moment but I look over seeing she's doing good with Wanda by herself so maybe it wasn't such a bad idea to leave for a couple hours.

"Fine" I say.

"You may want to bring one of the holoshields because you may or may not die doing this" Tony says. Me and Fury look at him weird till we hear a loud crash and look over seeing Y/n stood starring at us like she's seen a ghost.

Your POV

I over heard what I didn't want to hear. Bucky leaving to possibly die in a stupid mission by none other then Tony Stark. Honestly I was okay with him and now I just want to bash his head in. Not only did I break a crate that looked damage but now they were looking at me and knew I was listening.

"I knew it. I knew you were listening" Tony says.

"I'm trying to concentrate and all I hear is 'you may or may not die doing this' its not my fault you have a big mouth" I says. I had to lie or they'd know I was listening. Yes I have been okay with everyone lately but I hate being told lies at this point, so I listen to everything and anything I can.

"Well then I'm guessing you heard everything we were saying then, do you recognize the name then" Fury ask. Of course I knew him...maybe.

"I don't know. Most of the people there I barely knew their names I always had to call everyone 'sir' unless they we're on a mission's team with me" I say.

"That doesn't help" Tony says. Bucky looks over giving him a look making Tony put his hands up in defense.

"I Know Barnes here and others in this building promised you that'd we'd never ask about your past with Hydra but I need to ask you now. Who and what do you remember there" Fury ask. I looked over at Bucky trying to see if I should say anything or if he would say anything to make sure nothing I try to say comes out. "Sorry Y/n but this need to be from you. Barnes Maximoff and Stark here can't help you tell us. Only you" Fury says.  When he says that my mind starts to panic before memories start flooding in my head.

After what seemed like hours of punching this bag just for an outburst because I didn't get to go out today. Yes I was probably being selfish on my part due to me having 20 stitches in my side but that doesn't let my trainer give me a second off a punishment. Until I feel a fist collide with the side of my head knocking me to the ground and look up seeing it was my trainer.

"Should've seen that coming" he says.

"Should've just stuck to the part where you said 'punch the bag' and for you to not get a cheap shot in" I say.

"This is punishment and training so do you wanna continue or do you want to spar with Axel over there who may I remind you but doesn't seem to reach your brain is twice your size" he says. I get up and huff at him and he gives me a look.

"Sparring is my specialty no matter who I fight let alone when I'm in the field I won't get to choose the size of my opponent" you say. He look at you then sighs and you walk over to the mat and Axel steps forward locking eyes with me.

"I'm telling you this now Axel will do anything and everything to make you tap block and cover your stitches or another day of bag punches you hear me" the trainer says.

I take that as my time to try and sweep his legs which he doesn't hesitate to jump over. he swings towards my head making me duck then throw a punch towards his jaw making his head turn to the side giving me a chance to kick him in the stomach making him hunch over and sweep his legs then. I hear a door open but didn't dare pay attention and rolled forward hooking my leg around the guys neck and grabbed his foot making his back arch in a way its not supposed to. That's when I felt of rush in pain in my side making me clench my leg a bit cutting off his air supply and it hits everyone what's happening.

"Y/n get off he's done" the trainer says. I was about to argue but then he taps and I let go rolling off of him and he catches his breath and the trainer walks over helping me up.

"Why do you doubt me" I question.

"He is 6'7 you are 5' finish the puzzle. But don't think for a second your off the hook tomorrow your doing the wall" he says. I sigh rolling my eyes seeing Pierce and another man looking at us. "Go get water and we'll get back to it" the trainer says. I just look at him for a second then walk over sitting on a bench grabbing my bottle but cant help over hear the conversation.

"She is remarkable" the other man said.

"She is top priority here but she is a stubborn one so she does drills to put her in line every once in a while. And this is Stephan Magilicuti her trainer and Stephan this is Brock Rumlow" Pierce says.

"Y/N" I hear Bucky shout and I snap out of it seeing Bucky in front of me looking at me worried and I look over seeing panic on Wanda's face and I look over at Fury standing right behind Bucky.

"Stephan Magilicuti he was the trainer before Rumlow I-I didn't remember till right now" I say. As soon as I said that Tony started typing on the tablet in front of him and seconds later he shows it to Fury.

"It's a match Barnes you leave now and pay him a visit Maximoff let Y/n take a break and Stark you go with Barnes and Rogers" Fury says. With that Bucky looks at me one more time then walks off and him and Tony walk out.
