The rest of the day I sat in the lounge room talking with Steve. No questions about my past or what happened with Hydra just...get to know you questions. Requested by him of course. We only ever heard things about each other. Never actually asked. So he requested we played this stupid game called 20 questions or something. Turns out we both know Dr. Zola. We both knew the Winter Soldier well I knew about him. We had a lot in common and I never knew. Maybe we should do this game with everyone else?

"Captain the others have returned" Jarvis spoke.

"Good now we can get up and greet them" he says.

"You can sit your ass down till they walk in and then you can greet them" I suggest.

"Yeah that's a choice" he says giving me a frightened nod while standing up.

"Riding the lightning is the other choice Rogers" I state taking a sip of my drink.

"I like the first better" he says throwing himself back on the couch. I give him an approving nod and everyone walks in.

"Got him to stay on the couch I see?" Nat states.

"I only had 1 option unless I wanted to 'ride the lightning'" he states. Everyone chuckled slightly till Steve sees something off on Bucky. "How did it go" he asked.

"Oh it went terrible" Tony spoke up. Everyone turned towards him giving him glares till he puts his hands up in surrender. "Fine I'll let someone else tell them".

"Tell us what?" Steve asked.

"Mission was a bank robbery. We failed in catching them so we followed them and we found out they were stealing funds for Hydra. They had a whole cargo ship filled with shipping crates filled with weapons and chitari stuff not to mention they tried to make Loki's spear again" Sam said.

"That was until we saw a French men and Rollins. Said we were keeping a fugitive and I don't think they were talking about me" Bucky stated.

"But I'm nobody. I'm not registered to anything I don't even have a birth certificate" I state.

"Show her Romanoff" Tony states.

She walks forwards with a file and hands it to me. "You always said they made who you are so they took it literally this time" she said. I open the file and inside was a picture of me and all my information. "They made you a somebody so you are no longer a nobody".

"A birth certificate that's not even accurate. A drivers licensee with...that's no my last name?" I question.

"Your a married women by the looks of it kid" Stark said.

I turn it over and see a marriage license and..."Of course I'm married to Rumlow" I state throwing the file on the coffee table.

"They will be stepping forward with this to get anyone they can to help get you back in their hands. We will do what we can and Shield is with you all the way but with that it proves they are always one step ahead" Stark states.

"You know I would never do half the things I did if I hadn't known them. Hell I'd have to be full psychotic to want to marry Rumlow of all people" I point out.

"That's why we are going to help you prover everything. The president who ever we need to tell we will but until then as far as we know your a wanted person to whoever they show that file to" Sam says.

"Y/n" Bucky finally speaks up making me look at him. "Y/n?".

"Steve won't take his pills with water only orange juice" I state getting up. "Also if he's picky about the bandage distract him or jab a finger in there".

"What are you talking about" he questions.

"Turning myself in to save you the trouble" I say about to walk out but the door slams shut.

"You aren't going anywhere. You are staying with us" Wanda stated.

"Not for long though. Fights will break out and some of you will end up like Steve over there. Or in court or whatever they will say anything to get me back so basically it's I leave and no one gets hurt or I stay and watch you all get hurt cause we all know I'd freeze up the second I see Rumlow or Pierce" I point out.

"So your giving up" Nat ask.

"Well according to Mr. America or Steven which I found out was his actual name said he was in the army. I'd say what I'm doing is an honorable discharge" I say.

"Discharged from being safe? Let me remind you they tried to kill you when we had to save you from them" Bucky claimed.

"They want you to open a gate that you call 'Devil's Gate' and no one knows what's behind it let alone where besides Pierce you said it yourself they're destructive" Stark buds in.

"Will someone open this door". We all look around and see no one till a knock from the hall door sounds. I hear Wanda sigh and I hear the lock turn and the door opens revealing Fury. "I heard enough of that and no you are not leaving" he states. I go to argue but he raises his hand. You are not leaving because you are not leaving here alone".

"I'll go with her then" Bucky speaks up.

"What makes you think she wants you following her" Nat states.

"No one is leaving leaving. While Rogers and Y/n here have been waiting for you so have I because no only what you did cause a distraction but enough to get someone who may help and someone who can destroy" he states.

"Let me guess God and Satan" I say sarcastically.

"In this country he is considered 'a' god and Satan" he sighs. "Sure". He turns over and knocks on the door and someone walks in leaving me very confused. "Y/n this is the President of the United States Mr. Ellis".

"Oh shit".

"I'm not allowed to say those words but yes. Oh crap indeed" he says holding out his hand.

"I uh...hi" I stutter taking his hand and shaking it. "Those words are just pure instinct I would never cuss like that-well I would just not to-I'll shut up now" I say taking my hand away.

"Hello Mr. President...again" Stark speaks up.

"Yes. Again".

"He came in to help fight for your freedom in this world. In fact he also heard about everything to when Sargent Barnes found you till now and seen past encounters with you" Fury says.

"I'm not here to offer you a job or beg to make you a Avenger along with the people stood behind you" he steps over and waves and I look back seeing them wave back. "But if you do consider it, it would be greatly appreciated but I would like you to take a test with me" he claims.

"I'm sorry" I say confused.

"What kind of test...sir" Wanda said.

"I have heard about this whole situation from Nick Fury here and I would like you to help me. A test of insurance that I am helping the right side" he claims.

"Sir with all due respect I think us helping her should say enough" Steve speaks up from the couch.

"Oh it is" Fury says. He pulls out a tablet and turns it to us and we see 4 people in a helicopter in tactical gear. "These four soldiers all signed off on your case to find this gate and they did. We lost contact but we sent them with implants. They are alive but 1 is holding on by a thread".

"They found it" I say shocked.

"They went in it" the president speaks up. "We lost them on all maps and tracking systems but they are alive by gods will so this is where your test comes in".

"Uh...yeah she isn't going there" Bucky speaks up.

"Oh no. No one will be following them but evac but I would like to ask why did you put it there" he asked.

"I'm lost" Sam speaks up.

"It's not a gate I don't even know what...huh?" I say confused.

"We have Pierce Y/n" Fury says getting my attention. "He was caught at the museum and he got away and we tracked him to the White house were we found Mr. Ellis and him having a conversation about you. As much and Pierce is bad he said you created this 'Devil's Gate'" Fury states.
