"Then shall we build road and passageways from Tempest to Dwargon?"
"That would be great, but how about the budget?"
King Gazel was not here, but I am negotiating with Dorf-san. Dwargon's forces stayed at Tempest for a night and we immediately fetch them the greatest chambers we could offer for now.
"Oh, that won't be necessary. Since Tempest will build it with our resources and our men. Monetary expenses are unnecessary. And besides, we can export and import diluted potions from here to Dwargon. And in return, I want Dwargon to offer us the advanced machinery that is inside the workshop."
"As expected of Sir Rimuru who stood eye to eye with King Gazel in both battle and diplomacy. You sure have the knowledge in leadership."
Of course, some of my talents are nurtured by King Gazel himself. Though there is some help from Ciel-sensei along the lines it is still tellable from a glance. Even on Earth, it is implemented. There are advanced techs from every country's factories but they aren't exporting it to the other countries.
Why? that's because their own country takes priority. After they are done using those techs then they'll circulate it in the global market when they don't need it anymore. This is especially true for countries that don't desire sales and profits. They wanted to control the technological world instead. Dwargon is hiding advanced devices unbeknownst to the outside world. I want Dwargon and Tempest to have a solid relationship, to do that however we need to be recognized by the Dwarves as a worthy allied nation. We need those tools for our development and to study and in return, we'll construct the road free of charge.
"Don't worry Dorf-san, in exchange for the tools you'll present us. I promise to export Full Potion in Dwargon as soon as Vesta is successful in his research."
"You are saying that, but... 99% Hipokute concentration is almost impossible to acquire. We asked the heavens how Sir Rimuru manage to produce those. But do you really think Minist- erm former Minister Vesta could produce those?"
"I trust him. Vesta already produced a bountiful amount of invention that eased our lives. There are times he even exceeded all of Dwargon. I trust him. Well, also we need the exchange of your first class inventions."
"Very well, I will relay these negotiations to King Gazel then we'll formulate a verdict."
"I see, I see then I'll leave it to you. But before you'll leave I want to ask Dorf-san about something."
"Something?"
"It's about Shizu-san. I know Shizu-san is famous but how does Dwargon view her?"
"How Dwargon view Shizue Izawa huh? Actually seeing her here is surprising. She is a Champion whose active decades ago. No matter how you look at it, she is still a human who has a lifespan. Unlike civilians, there are few handful individuals who'll question this occurrence."
"So there are a lot who'll question Shizu-san being with us, right?"
"That's the gist of it. There are also individuals from the Farmus Kingdom who'll try to shackle her. After all, if you were to dominate her it would serve as a powerful weapon at hand. King Gazel told me earlier that, he was surprised when he saw her figure in this place. King Gazel also thought of fighting her but King Gazel set his sights on Sir Rimuru alone. You are a special individual who King Gazel regards as someone higher than the Legendary Champion."
"Amazing, I didn't know Shizu-san's influence spread far across reaching Dwargon."
"That's to be expected, she is only second to her student who surpassed her. In records, she is more extraordinary than the Champion of Farmus. The Court Magician Razen. Hey Sir Rimuru, do you think intelligent individuals are overthinkers? or something along the lines of being a perfectionist?"
