"You better win this."

Joe vs Snow.

The race  had started only a few minutes prior, but already there were stunts being pulled in every direction. People couldn't help but awe and admire at the sight of Joe leaping off a rock and proceeding to skate in a plank position on his board.

But Snow... Langa... why wasn't he keeping up? The endless possibilities raced through y/n's head, and the crowd's constant talking wasn't helping her figure her questions out.

"I guess Snow's finally given up."

"About time."

"Everyone knew Joe had a guaranteed win."

In a trice, Langa had a spark in him. Maybe someone said something inspiring? How was she supposed to know. She was on the side lines.

Suddenly, Langa flew off the side of the course, flipping elegantly though the air.

"WHATS HE DOING?!"

"HE'S FLYING!"

"THATS ONE GENIUS SHORTCUT!"

"AHHHHHHHH" Both y/n and Miya clung onto each other in shock.

"WHAT THE HELL ITS LIKE HE DOESN'T EVEN THINK" Miya gasped, pushing his head even closer to the girl's.
"I THINK IM GONNA PASS OUT!" The girl beside him gagged, causing Cherry to hold her up from wobbling. Miya's face ran pale.

Langa had caught up with Joe, they were both skating along the metal beams.

"WATCH OUT FOR THE POLE!"

Joe smirked, jumping and pushing himself off the swinging pole. Langa crouched underneath the pole, but the pole began to swing after him, it was heading towards him.

"MOVE!"

"DUCK DOWN!"

"SNOW BE CAREFUL!"

Before the crowd could shout any more protests or warnings, Langa jumped up, recreating Joe's move, landing in front of him.

They were neck and neck, both pushing their limits, noticeable beads of sweat rolling down their faces. It was uncertain who would win. It was now a challenge of who could get their board to cross the line faster. And first.

It was Snow.

But his board had snapped.
