"Gee, can't even go five minutes without her..."

"WOAH! I WAS NEVER ONE TO THINK SHADOW COULD AFFORD US SOME PLACE LIKE THIS!" Reki gasped, facing the well built and well kept inn before them.

Cherry proceeded to walk inside, the h/c girl asleep on his back, Miya, Langa and Reki trailing behind them.

"Guys we're over here." Shadow spoke up, nodding his head to the 'inn' behind him.

They turned their heads.

"s-seriously?..."

Miya sat down at the table next to Shadow and opposite Reki

Miya sat down at the table next to Shadow and opposite Reki. Shadow was busy occupying the fan, the red-head whined at him.

"Ughhhhhhhh this sucksssss...." The red head trailed on,causing the older male to roll his eyes.

"Shut up, we barely had to pay anything" he retorted, taking in his surroundings of the rather unsanitary looking room he was in.

"Yeah, thanks for the senior discount," Miya Chaffed.

"Watch it punk... i ain't 80 yet..."

The three fell back into silence.

"Hey Miya watcha doing?" Reki yawned, striking up another conversation.

Miya looked up briefly before shifting his gaze back to his switch. "Playing animal crossing with y/n."

"Gee, can't even go five minutes without her..." Shadow scoffed loud enough for them to hear.

"That's not true." He sassed back.

Reki stood up, making them switch their vison to him. "Okay for real, no teasing this time. Do you actually like her?"

Miya opened his mouth to retort, but froze.

Did he like her?...

He barely had any friends before...

Let alone a crush....

"i don't know." he spoke softly, question evident in his tone.

Reki sighed. He slumped back into his chair, tapping his chin. "well... how do you feel when you're around her?" He was eager to get an answer out of his young friend.

"Happier than with you guys, that's for sure"

"Oi, i'm being serious" Reki pouted.

"I don't know. Uh... relaxed? I guess I don't feel the need to have my guard up around her unlike other people."

Reki grinned, Shadow exhaled in realisation.

"Don't start you moron" shadow warned him.

The red head sighed and lay down, upset he couldn't continue his advice session. "Whatever, just wake me up when we're getting dinner"
