I guess forever didn't actually mean forever
The word that always breaks my heart I can't believe I thought it'd be different, but we never got our start
Forever and love go hand and hand
Words that deserve the world but are never as pure and true as they seem
The meanings change but will never have the true means
Never saying what they were created to be
Love is when you can just be you and I can just be me
There aren't always words just unconditionally
It's not always an overwhelming feeling
It can slowly seep into your bones
It's the memories of those nights you watch the stars.
The wish forever won't fall apart
The warmth of the sun creeping across your skin
How heartbeats and even the way they breath replace the music that your brain sings
Love can be many things
Have many means
You just need to define what "love" means
Forever is the forbidden dream
Those hidden moments and little things
The promise most make just to break
Saying forever wishing it won't fall apart Dreaming of always and evermore
Our hidden and forbidden forever shining through just waiting for you
