Damon's pov
Ember took me back to her house. She didn't tell me why. "We are going to my room. But you have to stay in there. No I'm not kidknapping you. I don't want the wolves to hurt you." Ember said. "Ooook." I said shakey. Ember and Luna took me to Ember's room. "So tell me what happened."Ember said as Luna and her sit me on the bed. I look away for a minute and think about what happened. "Damon." Ember said sitting beside me shaking my arm. "Sorry I just spaced out."I said as my face was getting red. "It's ok now. What happened." Ember ask again but I didn't answer. "Damon answer the damn question." Luna said making me jump. "Ok. I'll tell you. My brother always bullies me like everyone else. My dad the dragon king, always abuses me. My dad even told me I wasn't his son. So I went for a walk like always but my brother followed me. I ran and it made it worst." I said. Ember hugged solfly.I hug her back and smell her scent.'Mate' the dragon in me said. "Don't worry about them. They won't find you here." Ember said.

"They'll come for me. They won't stop until then. It isn't safe for you to keep me here. They'll hurt you too." I said. "No they won't just stay in here and don't let anyone see you." Ember said. "I'll stay but what about the wolves?" I ask. "I'll deal with that later. But stay here for now." Ember said letting go from the hug. Dang I was happy too and then a knock came from the door. Ember get off the bed to answer it. She open the door and 2 boys. One covered in blood and short maybe 5'6. The other taller maybe 5'11 about my height.
