Ember's pov
The party started soon I walk down the stairs with Damon's hand locked into mine. I was a Little scared this party came out of no way. It kinda scared me.
"Do you want to dance?" Damon ask as he took my other hand. "Um sure." I said. Damon and I slow danced to a song. The music was romantic but I'm not big on that stuff. I don't like being touched but with Damon it was different. He was sweet and wasn't trying to pull me into everything. He wanted to take things slow. No. I can't Fall for him. I just can't. I heard the tapping of glass.
"I bet you are wonder why we called you need today. Well my daughter Ember has finally found her mate. The one she'll be with forever. She and her mate are going to be great Luna and Alpha. Hopeful come up with a plain to stop the murder dragon's from killing more of us. I step down and hand the pack to my daughter. Come up Ember." My dad said. I grabbing Damon's hand and ran on to the stage. This was the better day of my live.
After the party, I went to my room and laid on the bed. Damon laid next to me. "Ember I can't wait until I'm 18." Damon mumbled in my next. "Why?" I ask. "Then I can marry you and have you forever." Damon smiled. This never has happened with a dragon and wolf. I was terrified but happy to hear those words.
