🖤The acknowledgment of having suffered evil is the greatest step forward in mental health.🖤
Inside the car was dark. You didn't want to put on your seat belts because of your anxiety about being alone in a car with a stranger. It was best to put it on due to safety precautions, but still. If anything seemed out of the ordinary, you would've used your phone as a weapon and tried to jump out of the car.
"So, mind giving me directions?" He asked looking at you, starting up his vehicle. He pulled his cellular device out of his pants pocket and propped it up near his sight of vision so he can balance out watching the road and getting a sense of where he was going to be taking you. Large fingers pressed on the screen, unlocking it with his fingerprint scrolling through the multiple apps that were on his phone.
"Yeah..."
You told him your address and he put it in the GPS app on his phone. You watched the maps expand, showing your current location and your destination.
"Okay," he mumbled lowly to himself before sitting up straight, taking his gear out of the park and into drive. You starred out the window, looking at the small cafe before looking at the man in the corner of your eyes.
Most of the ride was silent. As much as you wanted to stare out the window and watch the other cars pass by in the other lane, you knew better than to take your eyes off of him. He seemed like a decent and sweet guy but it could also be an act and facade. You didn't know him and it wouldn't have been the wisest idea to let your guard down around a stranger.
A man who works inside of a small cafe can be capable of many things.
You chewed on your bottom lip lightly and looked towards him before looking back at the road making sure the way he was taking looked familiar. Any wrong turns or anything that looked out of the ordinary, you were going to attack him immediately.
This was sketchy.
It was sketchy because you're afraid. It was sketchy because you weren't with someone that you knew but instead, you're with someone who've you seen around from time to time, serving sweets and beverages, but now you are in the car with this strange man.
"What is it?" He asked quietly.
"What's your name again?" You asked in curiosity. "Siso-"
He looked at you in the corner of his eyes before looking down at the GPS with a slightly taken back look, quickly brushing it off and hiding his shock. "Cislo Christian, but you can just call me Cislo..."
"Oh yeah," you mumbled.
It was hard to see his face because of how dark it was so you could only imagine that he had a look of curiosity. You pulled out your phone and looked back at him while waving it gently in the air before turning the screen back towards you.
