It was late at night, the moon shining brightly in the dark sky surrounded by clouds with no stars visible. She looked outside blankly, the feeling of adoration towards everything fading away slowly. Just what did they do to deserve something like this happening to them? She glanced around the room – everyone was sleeping peacefully. For a second, she felt like everything was back to normal, but then she saw the bloodstained uniforms.

She tilted her head slowly, watching Gyeong-su's sleeping form. His chest was rising up and down slowly and slightly, indicating that he was sleeping without any tension. She wouldn't deny the facts, Gyeong-su was indeed very handsome. She always knew that, but she never bothered to think too much about it. But now that she was sitting so close to him, looking at him intently, she couldn't switch her gaze to look at something else. She looked at his slightly parted lips as he snored quietly. Forcing herself to look away from his lips, her eyes landed on his closed eyes. He looked so calm, so peaceful.

She shook her head, getting rid of Gyeong-su related thoughts. She could think about it after they have made it out alive. And just as she looked away from Gyeong-su, a feeling of suffocation settled itself in her heart. Why was the room suddenly so suffocating? She felt like she couldn't breathe? She never had any panic attacks, but is this how it felt? She couldn't breathe properly, she couldn't think properly, she couldn't focus on one single thing. She forced herself to not quicken her breathing for it will only disturb others.

She stood up slowly and carefully, hoping to not disturb or wake up Gyeong-su. With her shaky hands, she made her way towards the window, slightly leaning outside to breathe in the fresh air. It was  of no use though, the blood-like metallic smell hit her nose, and she tried her best to not gag or puke. She leaned back in the room,  breathing deeply to get rid of what she just smelled. After she composed herself, she looked at everyone, contemplating whether she should follow her stupid plan or not.

She took a deep breath before swinging her right leg over the window sill. It was dangerous and stupid, she knew that, but that didn't stop her from doing it. Rosie was also known for doing the most stupidest shit, and agreed that it not always made sense to even her, she did it anyway just for the sake of it. Sighing through her mouth, she refused to look down. She faced her palm towards the wall, pressing them against it firmly. She looked towards her right where she noticed the metal pipe she used earlier to climb down, and made her way towards it.

"Oh please don't make any noise when I climb," she whispered, a look of hesitation crossing her face. Making sure that she still had her pocket-knife with her safely, she bit her lower lip before turning her body harshly, gripping the pipe tightly, knowing that if her hand slipped, she was as good as dead. Slowly and carefully, she climbed her way up, keeping an eye on her surrounding and the classrooms. If she saw an empty class that was safe to stay in, she'd make in her way in there.

It was bad, she thought to herself. The classrooms she passed on her way were filled with zombies, snarling and growling. After what seemed like hours, but in reality were only twenty minutes, she found an empty classroom. Once again checking the classroom twice, looking at every corner, she made her way in, tip-toeing towards the door to close it. She slid down the closed door, her back pressed against it and her side against the wall.

She felt a little better than she did earlier. Just a little. She wasn't completely okay per-se, but at least it was getting better. As she was about to relax and call it a night, hoping to get at least some sleep, her heart sunk. She clearly didn't think this through. The people she left in the Broadcasting Room all on their own without leaving any note for them about her whereabouts, they'd be stressed and worried if they didn't find her there. And what about Gyeong-su? He was already mad at her.

Gyeong-su.

He made her feel better about herself. It has been quite some time since she felt like this towards someone. After Bare-su, she had vowed to herself to not let any person enter her life again just to break her heart. It's not like he broke her heart purposely, he didn't, but that didn't mean she wasn't sad and broken about it. But she got over it like she always did. Neglecting her own feelings for other people, she always did that, and sometimes she hated herself for it. She was destroying herself slowly and failed to notice it. How more ignorant can a person be?

But she didn't care much about that, did she? She liked Gyeong-su. He was a good person; always being kind and respectful towards her. She could never get bored of his company even if she tried. He was a fun person like that. She liked the little things about him, the stupid and lame jokes he'd make. She even liked that he loved chicken – it was so stupid.

And she didn't think people understood. She'd do anything to make Gyeong-su happy. She'd stay up all night listening to his rants, she'd hold him right in her arms and tell him everything is alright while his world is falling apart, and she'd go through any amount of pain for him. She cared about him so much – in ways she didn't even care about herself.

It felt like she was in love again.

With Gyeong-su.
