Approximately three months have passed since the four adults and the granddaughters had known about you, your whole existence had left them astonished, happy and excited because of all the things that they have thought of what they'll do to you once you became a part of their family.

Alma couldn't be more happy knowing that one of his grandchildren will be betrothed to you and Pepa is more than willing to volunteer to give her son as the sacrificial lamb.

Julieta also volunteered, she would give any of her daughters to be the lamb, if the girl that they took an interest for, would want a girl instead. They would do absolutely everything and anything to have you on their grasp, to be with them and to be theirs.

"Mami, Tio, and Tia," Dolores called, peaking her head to the kitchen where the three adults reside, they all stopped the conversation they were currently having and turned their attention to her.

"(Name)'s mother is sick again, should we pay her a visit?" The young lady informed them and they agreed without any hesitation.

Julieta packed the medicine box, a smile adoring her features as she placed everything inside the compartment before closing it and putting it inside the basket.

She turned to her husband who happily took the basket from her hands, Pepa and Julieta both held each other's hands as they walk out. Agustin followed behind his wife like a loyal dog who is happily wagging his tail.

"I hope that you didn't forget the herbs, Tia." Dolores squeaked out.

"Ah, no, no. Why would I forget to bring it? It's the most important medicine to give to her mother after all." Julieta giggled, her eyes sparkling with glee and mischief which enchanted the townsfolk they passed by.

The four of them would give the people a loving and friendly smile on their way towards your house, all the people around them fell to their trap and got bewitched because of their deceiving smiles plastered on their faces.

Once they arrived at your home, your father was more than happy to let them in. I mean, who would reject the amazing Madrigals? Who would be stupid enough to reject their kindness and prosperity? That's right, no one can.

"Is she doing okay?" Julieta was the first one to speak, plastering her face with a fake worried and anxious expression as she faced your father, Agustin didn't waste anytime to place down the basket on the wooden center table while the others are busy to strike up a conversation.

"U-unfortunately, no.." The man heaved out a sigh, tears have gathered at the corner of his eyes as he looked away from them.

Pepa placed her hand on the depressed man's shoulder, his tears finally rolled down from his cheeks and he tried to cover his face because of the shame he's feeling for being seen by the magical family.

"It's okay to cry, mi amigo. My sister will do her best to help your wife to get better, isn't that right, Julieta?" The short-tempered woman stated, turning her head to look at her triplet with a smile.

"Gracias.." Your father muttered weakly, "May I take a quick rest as Señora Julieta take care of my wife?"

The three adults were quick to agree, muttering their own agreements towards the man with him smiling in relief before settling himself on the couch.

Agustin and Dolores both shared a glance before going up the stairs to go to your mother's room, they wanted to go to yours but you were currently sad at the moment because of your mother's declining health. You refused to let anyone inside your room and they respect that, they can wait for you even if it takes forever for you to open to them.

They opened the door to your mother's room, their footsteps are quiet so the woman won't wake up.

"I'll take care of your wife so just take some rest while I do my weekly check up, okay?"

Dolores can hear her Tia's footsteps going up the stairs along with her mother, she elbowed Agustin to let him know about the approaching presence of his wife and he visibly brightened up while preparing the blanket, pillow and the noose that came from the closet of your parents bedroom.

Pepa was the first one to go inside the room, her eyes immediately glanced to the bedridden woman and she couldn't help but let the sickening smile crept up to her face. Julieta also stepped inside the room, a giggle escaping her lips as she closed and locked the door behind her.

She doesn't want anyone to interrupt the weekly checkup so they often lock the wooden door, they don't care who it is but as long as it's one of their family then they'll gladly let them in.

After all, they are the ones who planned to poison your mother until she's weak and dead before targeting your father next.

"Where's the medicine?" Julieta asked, her voice hushed in a whisper because you might hear her talking about the flower that's really poisonous and dangerous.

Pepa gave her the small bottle where the toxic liquid were contained, just a small drop is strong enough to make its consumer sick so they decided to use the flower as the medicine to cure your mother's illness.

Agustin and Dolores moved towards the door, the man leaned his back against the flat surface of the wood so he can stop whoever wanted to go in while Dolores is right beside him so she can hear anyone who will go near the area they are in.

Pepa and Julieta are in charge of taking care of the woman in the bed because they knew that if Agustin was trusted to work together with Julieta then it really wouldn't end well. No offense for the man but that's the truth, he's danger prone so it is best to let him be on the look out along with his niece.

The two older woman made no haste as they quickly moved, Julieta pouring the poisonous liquid on the water while Pepa took out the medicinal hers and the arepas that she baked.

Julieta didn't cook any food that they bring to the [last name] house hold, no, no. If they did that then wouldn't it heal the bedridden woman and their efforts for the past three weeks would just become useless? Of course they couldn't let the woman get better.

In a matter of fact, they need to get rid of her.

"Give me the arepas, Pepa." Julieta stated, gently lifting [M/n] so she can assist the woman to drink the water mixed with poison and she couldn't stop the smile from falling to her face once your mother swallowed all the liquid willingly.

"Ah, good.. Good." She breathed out a sigh of delight as she let go of (M/n)'s chin before taking the arepa from Pepa's hand.

Her dark eyes sparkled with happiness while breaking the arepa into bits, that's the size that your mother can take and swallow because the poison is making her weak, pathetic and defenseless.

She lifted her hand to feed the weakened woman, patiently and slowly letting her eat every small bits and pieces of the food that it also mixed with another poison.

The same loving and gentle smile are still evident on her face while continuing her work with so much excitement, she can't help but let another sigh out of her system to control the squeal that wanted to escape from her mouth.

"You'll be fine soon." Julieta reassured her, the woman could only give her a weak nod and smile before laying back down to the bed with her eyes closing as soon as her head hit the pillow.

"That's right.. Take a rest as much as you want." Pepa murmured, her hand caressing the woman's forehead as the four Madrigals let their faces show a sweet and sickening smile while watching the woman fell into a deep slumber.

No one would suspect that they are the ones who killed the lovely woman, no one would accuse them of anything bad because Julieta is the town's magical doctor. She's in charged of healing anyone with her food but surely, not being able to heal one person wouldn't rise any suspicion, right?

We just need to be careful. Julieta thought to herself, smiling widely once she knew that the poison had already affected the woman's body.
