After a fun practice session the team was going towards the bus.
"Mahi" the manager called.
"Yes?" Mahi asked walking towards him.
"There's a fan who really wants to meet you and she's been coming here every practice day requesting again and again to meet you. She says her wish is to just see you one time only and she would only take five minutes max, she wants to give you something. Will you meet her?"
"Okay" mahi answered "I will meet her. You all go and sit in the bus."
The manager nodded and asked the guard to bring the girl and he went away to the bus.
As soon as the gril came and saw mahi she started to get nervous but smiled nonetheless.
"Sir I am a big big fan of yours" she said nervously shaking mahi's hand.
Mahi smiled and said "no need to be nervous, what is your name?"
"Lily" she answered and mahi also gave her his autograph on the bat she had brought.
"Sir I have brought something for you" she said taking out a box from her pocket.
"What is this?" Mahi asked taking the box from her hands which was wrapped in a yellow paper.
"I know you won't believe me when I say this but it's a magical watch which can take you to future. You just have to tap on it ten times and say the number of years you want to go after. The exact phrase is if you want to go two years then tap on it ten times and say 'two years into the future' and when you want to come back tap again on it twelve times and just say present.
But the problem is it can only be used one time, because I didn't have the money to but the one which worked five times."
Mahi couldn't believe what he was hearing. 'Either she got fooled by someone to buy this watch or she's just making up a story' thought mahi. But the genuine look on her face made mahi unsure about whether she was making stories. 'She must have gotten fooled by someone' He thought.
Looking at her smiling and with hopeful eyes mahi said "thank you so much for this gift, this was very thoughtful of you."
The girl smiled at mahi side-hugged him one time and after they took a selfie, she went away and mahi putting the box in his pocket went to the bus.
