Getting married must have been the best experience Jimmy had felt. It was an achievement in itself that him, Codfather, hardly respected by other Kings and Queens, could land the title of James Solidarity-Smajor. It made him giddy when he pictured that day years ago, when youth radiated off of them both as they solidified a now feared partnership.

Kindness and determination. The sun and moon. Good and bad. Innocent and immorality. The two seemed miles apart yet adhered by fate.

So every time he looked at the official paperwork, he couldn't help but get the emotional. The ink was still pristine and glowing as it displayed the calligraphy talent held by the two. It was especially sentimental when, years later, he could hear the gentle laughter of said husband as he entertained two amazing children, both hybrids of land and sea.

It was an unlikely pairing, but one that held great value at the hearts belonging to those of which it changed lives.
