I decided to set my theory into motion as soon as Edd left to take his cat to the doctor. I waited until Edd left then walked into the kitchen. Matt was looking out the window while nibbling on a cookie. I tiptoed behind him and wrapped my arms around him. "Hello, Gingy!~" If people's heads could explode from flusterness, Matt's head would have done that right now. He covered his face with his hoodie and nodded. "H-Hey!.." Being the jackass I am, I decided to tease him more. I turned him around so that he faced me and removed his hoodie from his face. "So..Edd told me you had a crush~" He didn't really. In fact, Edd barely talks to me. He still sees me as an "enemy" or whatever. Matt 's face turned redder. "He did?! I can never trust him with anything.." I nodded and got closer to his face. "And he told me that the crush was me~" Knowing Matt, he was likely to slip his cover and go out of character, but I was wrong. Matt looked down. "Yeah..And?..Don't you like Eddie or something though?.." I cringed. "No, ew. Eddie is not my type." I saw a flicker of hope on Matt's face but then it disappeared. I rolled my eyes and gave him a gentle kiss on the lips then quickly walked off.
