Sonadow: Idol in Highschool

Chapter 2

Shadow Pov:

Ah I'm late...

Me and my group, Rouge, Scourge and Mephiles were all talking about stuff and didn't hear the bell ring for the first class. As always...

Rouge: Hey guys! We're late again!

Scourge: Awww As always! This school should make the bell louder!!!

Mephiles: Or maybe you should stop yelling every time you start a conversation...

We run to our first class and as always we got yelled at by the teacher, so annoying... I look around to find an empty seat since everyone's all seated till I noticed all the guys and girls staring at something, or someone. I look closer to see a girl with blue hair and green eyes, she seems out of place with her flashy jacket and shoes, but on top of that she was super cute...wait what? I never thought I would say that about someone... but it's true she is cute...

As I walked towards a seat, all eyes went on me, as usual... I sat behind her and noticed that she seems to keep her stuff neat and likes cute pencils and erasers. That's soo cute...STOP CALLING HER CUTE SHADOW!!! aghhh but I cant help it.

-time skip-

Its finally lunch time, I'm starving...

As always, all the girls are huddled around me trying to catch my attention. They're so annoying... I finally reach the gang and they seem to be talking about some prank Scourge did. He's always causing trouble lol. I look away and see her again, she's sitting next to that Silver guy, they better not be dating... What? Why am I thinking this all of a sudden...

Rouge: Shadow you good? You've been looking at the same direction this whole time. What's so interesting to ya~

Then that girl got up and walked out of the cafeteria, I should follow her.

Shadow: I'm gonna go... I'll see you guys later.

I get up and leave the cafeteria and follow the blue girl. I see her enter the music room. No one ever goes there.

Last person to go here was... nevermind.

Anyways, she seems fascinated by the room and rushes towards the piano. Then, she starts playing. I felt something I haven't felt in years. A rush of emotion just ran into me like a truck and I didn't know what to do. I felt like I was about to cry. Her music was so beautiful. I didn't know what to do but just stand there and watch. After a while I was finally able to catch her attention.

Shadow: That was beautiful.

???: huh?

The girl jumped up in surprise. Seems like she didn't notice me that whole time...

???: woah I uh didn't notice you there! um, how long were you standing there?

Shadow: Probably around the time you started.

???: *embarrassed* I'm sorry I didn't notice you that whole time!

So cute...

Shadow: It's cool. My name's Shadow by the way. Can you keep playing.

???: Um... My name's Sonic, and sure.

She started playing again, I just stood there, entranced by her music. I felt like I could stand there all day...

Shadow: Again, Sonic, that was beautiful. It's been forever since anyone has gone here to play music. I usually come here to get away from it all.

Sonic: Ah I understand that... Sometimes you just wanna be alone for a bit hehe!

Shadow: *chuckles* Yes that's very true. Say, you should come here to play more often. I'd love to hear more of your beautiful music.  *winks* *leaves*

I left the music room immediately after saying that. I couldn't keep it up, my heart was beating so fast and I was almost in tears. If she played another song... It reminded me too much of them...

-Afterschool-

Rouge: There you are Shadow! You avoided us all day! What have you been up to? Ooo did you find a cutie?~

Mephiles: Rouge shut up, you know he hates all the girls here, I mean they're so loud and annoying. Isn't that right brother?

Shadow: No... She's right.

Scrouge + Rouge: WAIT WHAT!!! WHO IS IT????

Mephiles looks at me eyes wide open. He was completely speachless.

Shadow: You think I'm tellin? Find that out on your own. Meph let's go.

I grab my dumbfounded twin and go home. He was speechless the entire time.

-At home-

Mephiles: Brother at least tell me who it is. I won't tell a soul, promise.

Shadow: I know you won't. I trust you. She's the new girl in our class. The one with blue hair and green eyes. Her name's Sonic. She was at the music room and she played the piano. I was almost about to cry because it reminded me too much of her...

Mephiles: The music room? No one's been there since-

Shadow: Yeah. Since Maria.

Mephiles: sis...
