"Rude, but true."

"A major NYPD investigation is underway." The news reporter started, Kate and Ophelia sitting beside each other on the settee while the dog ate the slice of pizza that was put in his bowl. "New York socialite Armand Ducane was found dead in his home last night. Witnesses saw two mysterious figures leaving the scene."

"But that's..." Kate trailed off as Clint walked into the living room.

"Yeah." He mumbled.

"The description matches the masked and unmasked assailants from last night's action robbery." A picture of Kate and Ophelia popped up, both of their faces hidden: Kate by the mask and Ophelia because she was facing the other way. "These two events have officials wondering, if indeed, the Ronin has returned to New York city, if he may be responsible for Armand Ducane's death, whether the woman with him is a victim or his partner, and what he may do next."

"Oh, my God. Wait. Wait, they think I- They think I'm that... vigilante?" Kate asked, Ophelia grabbing her hand to comfort her.

"It's been less that 24 hours, you've been on the news twice. Impressive." Clint mused, walking to the kitchen. "Told you that suit was bad news."

"I'm not saying that it'd be a pain to be held hostage by you, babes, but now it is." Ophelia joked, squeezing her hand gently and Kate breathed out nervously.

"Clint, we gotta go." Kate stated, turning to look at the man.

"Uh, no, no, no. That is, uh, the last thing you two need to do, actually." Clint corrected, looking back at the women. "Let's not forget the Tracksuit guys trying to kill you twice yesterday. I'm going to find this suit, and until I do, you're both gonna stay put. It's not safe, obviously."

"Not showing up at work is not safe." Kate shot back. "My mum is already high strung. I'm surprised she hasn't called me already."

"Just stay put, please." Clint continued.

"Look, if we stay put, she's just gonna come and find me, anyway. She owns a security company. It's literally the safest place I can go." Kate replied, walking over to the man.

"Yeah, no. You're just not gonna listen to me, are you?" Clint asked, annoyed.

"I want to, but no." Kate responded. "And Phelia will just forget, probably."

"Rude, but true." Ophelia hummed, joining Kate's side.

"Go get changed." Clint shooed. "You look silly."

"Alright, I'll go see what she has." Kate muttered, pulling Ophelia along with her.
