What is a God, without words to fear him?
"Angel, stop this now!" Jhin yelled, standing behind the bed. "Knock it off! What is wrong with you?" He ducked as another machine went flying at the wall beside him.
Khada Jhin made a fist angrily, the vein in his forehead just throbbing with rage. Just what the fuck was Raxen thinking. Angel had gone from this quiet sad girl, to this viscous creature now, after being force-fed injections that turned her into a monster. She had powerful levels of aggression, and had began attacking everything nearest her. The strange thing was that the injections kept her in her smaller form, yet she was carrying the power of her second form, which was actually somehow a lot more frightening. She had also picked up a very strange behavior, one that had her feeding off of the other that was captured with her, sapping his lifeforce whenever she began to get too low on energy.
Angel flew over to Jhin, and bared her fangs at him, her eyes white with red irises. Trembling and fanning out her wings, she made some strange unknown sound, that Jhin hadn't ever heard from her before. She went to bite him, but he grabbed her by the jaw, holding her away from him now. He tried to turn her face from his, but she was a lot stronger now that she was in some crazed state.
"Angel, my darling, you're wonderful and all, but I'm going to end up killing you if you don't calm down." Jhin warned her, angrily forcing her to the ground. "I actually didn't want to hurt you, but you are leaving me no choice."
Why erase everything at once, when it can be savored?
Jhin kicked the Angel over, her angrily objecting and getting to her feet. He used the moment to pull open one of the cabinets in the room, attempting to find something sharp. The angel immediately dove onto him, and slashed his back open, furious cries leaving her as she did so. The man fell to his knees in agony, then ripped her off of him, and climbed onto her. Without hesitating, or even thinking about it, he had grabbed her around the throat, and began to strangle her, the angel suffocating as it screeched and attempted to claw at his face now.
What lies beneath my mask? The universe, as I, was meant to make it.
Cosmic made his way to the surface, Jhin slipping from control as the angel gasped for air beneath them now. The interstellar force was now fully awakened, a dead gaze over their precious beam of light, that supported them even when they were out for blood.
Angel clawed upwards at their face, her wings spread wide as she struggled to breathe. Unable to get a word out, and without an ability to see past the red coloring that covered her vision, she finally succumbed to her fate, and lost the fight.
"That moment of collapse. Ah, beautiful." Cosmic said, peering down over the angel's body.
Raxen had watched the entire ordeal, and seemed intrigued with the strange results he seemed to be getting. The man felt slightly concerned with their recent development, and found his way from the central hub, to their room that they were still being held inside.
