A/N: Hiya! Still goin on with this story. Hope u like the second chapter! Enjoy!!

We were directly teleported right after he said we were going down on Earth.

Earth. I wonder how it is.

We landed on a cliff with rocks falling fifty feet below us. I examined my new clothing I was wearing. It was a navy blue striped shirt with a strange black jacket over it. I had uncomfortable, tight blck jeans on that made me squirm. Back home, we wore simple white dresses. My skin also had a bright radiance and glow has disappeared and is replaced with dull but pale with some of the radiance lingering.

I suddenly felt awkward. Like I didn't belong here. The catch is that I'm not. I felt two other pairs of eyes gazing wildly at me. Genesis and Hale. My eyes fell on them and my arms found their way around them. Embracing them, I felt something else that was new. It was this comforting feeling. That I'm not alone. That I'm here with people who actually know me.

"I'm scared, Astrid." muttered Hale. "What are we supposed to do?"

I pulled back from her and Genesis, seeing Hale's expressions changing from confusion to eyes full of fear, while Genesis tried to stay calm. Anyways, she was the oldest of us all, and if she isn't strong, then how will Hale and I be?

"Don't worry, Hale. We'll find out soon." I stroked her hair gently as my eyes drifted to Genesis's. "First, where are we?"

Genesis looked around, then down the cliff. Bright fake lights were blinking and were covering the whole place. Cars and buildings filled it, also. We were in some kind of city.

"New York City. One of the busiest places in this part of the human world." My older sister explained. Hale just looked at her with confusion replacing her fear, but I remember from some of my lessons with Genesis about the geographic places about the humans' world.

I ran my hand through my hair in frustration. "I still don't get why we ar-"

"OH MY GOSH!!!!!!!!!" A female voice interupted me. Hale's head jerked the way the female was and we all hid behind bushes and trees.

"What is it, now? I thought you said we were go-" Another voice replied, a more deep, tentative one. Probably a male.

"I thought I heard something here...Didn't you?" She asked the male.

"No. It's probably just a figment of your imagination, Hazel. Come on, let's go." The male replied. Hazel. Pretty name, but a strange one, too. Why would you name someone a color? I shrugged. Humans are weird...(a/n: no offense to us humans xD)

I heard their footsteps fade away as we crept up from our hiding spots.

"What's a figment?" Hale innocently asked as Genesis sighed and explained it. The girl dropped her shiny, glittery bracelet as I gently picked it up. I gazed at the humans walking away, then suddenly I realized I was following them when they suddenly turned around and I froze.

"Hi..." I said akwardly. They looked at me weirdly and the girl, Hazel, shook her head at the male.

"You see! I told you someone was watching us!" She exclaimed at him, as he tried to calm her down. Wait, I wasn't watching them!

"N-No, I wasn't watching you or him! I promise!" I retorted. She pouted, still looking unconvinced. The boy turned around to see me, confused with his eyebrow raised. His sister elbowed him in the ribs as he looked down at her mouthing, "What?". She rolled her eyes and looked back at me, my expression clearly full of confusion.

"Yeah, you were! Or else why would you be hiding behind a tree?" She replied. Ugh, why are humans so freaking persistent?!

"I-I got n-nervous and..." I trailed off, but the boy just waved me off.

"Don't worry about it. She's like that." He glares at her then smiles weakly at me. "Sorry for bothering you."

"It's fine...oh, I forgot!" I glanced at my hand that still had the bracelet. I saw the Hazel's expression change as she ran toward me, snatching it away without a thank you. Another thing humans lack.

Manners.

The older boy sighed as I turned around to walk back where my sisters were hiding when I felt a hand on my shoulder. Flinching, I jerked my head toward the figure.

"Hey, do you need a ride?" The older boy asked. Ride? Oh yes, humans had cars, planes, and trains for transportation. Not wings.

I have to get used to this.
