Levi's POV

Last class of the day... and I couldn't wait to find Hanji. I sat in my last class, and all I could think about was her.

"Levi!"

Even now, I could hear her voice.

"Levi!"

"Huh?" I felt someone wrapping their arms around me, and I hear her laughter behind me. "H-Hanji?!"

Nearly jumping out of my chair, I see her in our uniform, taking a seat next to me. That bright smile of hers... warms my heart. "Hey, Levi. I didn't think you'll be here."

"What are you doing here? It's a senior class-."

"Turns out I'm gifted enough to move onto the next senior class." She winks at me, "And a complete coincidence we share the same science class. Now, it'll be a bit better for me to continue being your study partner."

"I thought you were my girlfriend." I grab her chin and kiss her a bit before the bell rang. "Does this mean I can not pay attention to the class and have you teach it to me later?"

"No, that does not mean that, Levi. Nice try." She chuckles softly, taking out her agenda. "Are we going to do anything after school today? And since it's the beginning of the school year and we have no homework, what do you think we should do?"

"Anything to pass the time with you."

The bell rings, and I couldn't help but continue to gaze at Hanji. Even when our teacher was explaining the course, I only saw Hanji. The way she leans against the desk, her complete focus on the board. It's amazing to know that she's also in my class. But that begs the question... am I going to be distracted looking at her? Or am I going to pass this class with flying colors?

Crap, it's only a few more months until I turn 18. I have to tell her the truth about me. I need to make sure that she's loyal to me and only me. I want to make sure that she doesn't cling to me because of that summer trip we took. You seem to be the perfect one... and it'll break my heart if you aren't after my heart... but after my family secret.

"Levi?" I turned to her, seeing her scooting her chair closer to me. "Didn't you hear the teacher?"

"Huh? No, no I didn't. What did they say?"

She smiles softly, showing me a packet. "We got a mini-experiment to do. It's going to be fun!"
