Alfred turned the bandages around. He pawed at the end and then ran his fingers over the soft material.
Why would Kiku have bandages? He was a boring office worker, it's almost impossible for him to get hurt!
Well.... He probably should "investigate" Kiku's room more.
He totally wasn't using this as an excuse to spy on his friend. Yeah, he was the hero there was no way he could do something so shifty!
It was 2:30, Kiku would come home at 3:45. He had an hour and 15 minutes to go through his roomie's room.
Alfred grabbed the bandages and slowly opened his door. He looked left and right, looking for any sign of life. Alfred darted out his room when no one made themselves known.
Alfred stopped when he reached Kiku's door. Such a familiar sight.
Alfred grabbed the door knob and turned it. The door opened, almost beaconing him to find his friend's secrets.
Alfred glanced around, it remained exactly the same as the day before.
How boring!
Wait....there was something new.
On Kiku's desk was some notebook.
Alfred got closer, Kiku's neat and tidy handwriting graced his eyes.
Was this his journal?
Well...it's not like Kiku would know is by he gave a peak.

Kiku walked up to his house, key already in hand. He needed a good, warm bath right about now.
Kiku unlocked the door and walked in. He took off his shoes and placed them next to the mat.
Kiku walked to the kitchen, ready to make some type of snack.
The light was already on, how weird?
Alfred never made food, he just got to-go.
Kiku tunes into the kitchen, and the broad back of his crush met him. Kiku had to tear his eyes away from that toned back.
"So Kiku...."
Alfred finally turned around and looked at him.
"When we're you going to tell me you were Samurai?"
"......."
If Kiku had a drink, he would have spit it out. How had Alfred found out?
Wait, Alfred was still talking.
"-you had this diary open on your desk, so I decided to investigate it!"
"?!"
Had he really left out something so personal out! That just didn't sound like him, he was usually so anal about organization.
Kiku sighed. He better just do what Alfred wants.
"So can I meet the Wizard?!" Alfred quickly questioned Samurai.
Kiku looked a little nervous. Could he really have the most nosy person he knew meet someone's whose life depended on their secret?
Kiku darted his eyes up....
And was immediately met with Alfred's infamous puppy dog eyes.
Alfred's pupil was heavily dilated. Only a sliver of blue was visible. His lips started to quiver. His eyes started to shimmer. There was a light sheen of tears. A slight whimper passed his lips.
Kiku looked away. He was always weak to Alfred's pouts.
"I'll see what I can do" Kiku let out an audible sigh.

Alfred smirked the minute Kiku left. He had found the proverbial jackpot.
