The other day at school, Hinata didn't know which was worse: everyone making fun of her and leaving derogatory sheets in her stuff or being completely ignored. She was only certain that being ignored was worse the moment Sasuke passed close to her, gave her a death glare that made her muscles go cold, and continued walking—accompanied by Shikamaru, Kiba, Sai, and Gaara—calmly.
The school's owners.
And that they were undoubtedly up to something for her, her mind was saying, warning her madly.
That day, he went with Sakura to school and managed to attend all classes without anyone bothering him.
The fear was starting to take shape the moment she walked down the patio stairs, towards her car and right in front of her, as if it was a marked moment, a circle formed. Inside, there was no one else, none other than Shikamaru on one side and Sai on the other, both of them chatting.
— WAS IT YOU, WAS IT, SON OF A BITCH?
— ARE YOU CRAZY, SHIKAMARU?
"FUCKER," and threw something in Sai's face. It was an A4 sheet where she'd just written "Sai's eating your girl" in letters cut out of a magazine. - I SAW! I SAW YOU AND THAT BITCH." She pointed at Ino, who was curled up crying in Tenten's arms. — YOU AND HER IN THE GYM, AFTER THE FOOTBALL GAME. ADMIT IT, COWARD, ADMIT YOU ATE HER.
Sai went from surprised to furious so fast that everyone freaked out.
"YOU COULDN'T TAKE CARE OF HER." I GAVE HER WHAT YOU COULDN'T GIVE, LOOSE, I DID WHAT YOU COULDN'T DO.
- SON OF A BITCH! — and the other moment was only seen the perfect punch that Shikamaru managed to put in Sai's face.
It was like hitting the "Start" button in a game, and soon the two were at odds.
Sai, as the son of a fighter, knew very well how to defend himself and how to hit, he had perfect symmetry. Although Shikamaru wasn't doing too badly either, as he was a few inches taller than Sai and also more muscular.
At one point, Sai threw a punch that made Shikamaru bend over, enough so that he could apply his elbow to the opponent's back, taking him to the ground.
Hinata was still and scared, she was sure she had never seen such strength and aggression as those boys had in that fight.
"Unacceptable." The sea of students split in two as the beautiful and elegant Tsunade, the headmistress, approached. "Lord Hozuki, Miss Yamanaka and Lord Nara, all three, in my room, NOW. The rest to their respective homes.
It was like thunder for all students to follow orders.
An injured Shikamaru, a bleeding Sai and a crying Ino followed the headmistress, all saying absolutely nothing.
And, when Hinata thought she was alone, still a little perplexed by everything that had happened, she saw the paper that had started it all. Reading it, in her hands, she saw no danger.
The words were imprinted in her mind as she felt the sun warming her sweatshirt and that was when Hinata looked up from the sentence and met a pair of cold and dangerous black eyes.
Sasuke was leaning against a tree with his arms crossed and looking at her as if to say:
"It was your fault, girl. You started it all and now Ino is there crying because she lost the boyfriend she had for so long because of you. Because of you."
Hinata's hand started to shake as it dawned on who had done it.
Sasuke.
Sasuke had handed that paper or something to Shikamaru. There were only three people who knew about it: him, Naruto and her.
