For the first time, Hinata didn't wake up early.
The sun was already high, too hot on her back for her to be sure it was after eight in the morning. And it was so hot. Sighing, her small body turned to one side, only to understand why.
Naruto.
He was beautiful, calm and sleeping peacefully with his head against her shoulder. His handsome face was inches from hers and one arm snaked around his waist, warming her more than necessary, so that she found her hair plastered to the back of her neck with sweat.
However, she forgot all that as she stared at him. He was beautiful. And it was hers.
A smile tugged at her lips at the memory of the night before, with him telling her he loved her. That wonderful man was hers.
No, it's only until he realizes the broken toy he's acquired, he thought cynically in his more rational side.
And Hinata understood the complexity of letting him love her, but at that moment, she didn't want to think about it. So there she was, anxious and suffocating at the thought of him leaving her. She needed air, she needed space and even Naruto's touches were suffocating her now.
Trying not to make a big deal out of wanting to keep him asleep, Hinata looked for a way to sneak out of that circle. But it was in vain, as the moment she tried to get out the grip intensified and beautiful blue eyes stared into hers, still sleepy and Naruto was sexier than she had ever seen him.
Her hair was disheveled, her eyes extremely loving in her direction and a badboy smile on her lips. She felt Naruto's geometrically perfect chest against hers and Hinata couldn't help but blush.
Dammit, she shouldn't be looking at that body so blatantly.
Naruto, it turned out, didn't make a big deal, just started gently nuzzling the back of his neck. This was wonderful.
- Good morning, Hina. he whispered, huskily against her ear. - Where do you think you're going?
And your whole plan to talk to him went down the drain.
Somehow, he knew what could give him confidence, what could drive those cruel ideas from his mind. And it was thinking like that, that he leaned against a surprised Naruto and caught his fingers in his blond hair, kissing him with everything he had.
The simple purr that came out of his mouth was enough to calm her nerves, his huge hands sliding around her waist and pulling her on top of him. The desire he emitted with every touch on her body made her sure he wanted her. What was she? And for the first time, she understood the need to know they were okay this way.
Gently, Naruto lay down on her body, never failing to kiss her mouth greedily and tenderly. And Hinata didn't call. She had big, defined muscles in his back so she could uncover and nail it while she enjoyed that feeling of being...complete.
Naruto chuckled softly as he nibbled on his neck.
— Hmm... That was the best good morning I've ever received... Did you sleep well?
Hinata closed her eyes. She didn't want to talk right now. In fact, the last thing she wanted was to talk. She needed that, she needed to connect the feeling he was saying with that part of her that was always negative. So she pulled him up and faced him. Her blue eyes were like fire, the wonderful blue fire that she loved and that now made her smile.
"Shh, later. "And she kissed him.
Naruto didn't need another incentive to do that. Smiling mischievously, he held her gently but tightly, her face and then all Hinata could feel was pleasure.
