part 7 : Always
Bell ringing loud, the corridors overflowed with students. Some rushing through to classes while the typical clowning ones forcibly dragged themselves. Jimin belonging to the first category hurried like a wind and stopped before the calculus honours class.
"Hello, genius." He drawled in a playful tone, sizing up his friend exiting the class. Quick to groan, the boy passed on. "Yo dude, you ignore me too often. " Jimin sounded tired, at least he tried to. Unfortunately, it had no effect on Taehyung and rather awarded him with a friendly knock on his head.
"Hey! What was that for? Change that 'tude please . . ."
"Or . . . you could stop being so nice all the damn time." Taehyung suggested cheekily, "Wouldn't that be easier, baby doll?" with a lopsided smile and eyes placed on Jimin's grim visage.
"Very informative. Thank you."
"Anytime — "
"All this lovey-dovey shit. Baby doll — don't y'all think this adds up to something, girls?"
In front of them popped Rosa and her bunch of gentle followers. "Gay, isn't that right?" She smirked, having a pride face, full of herself.
Stepping up, face to face with Taehyung, she took a dekko at both the boys, being awfully close for two guys to be friends. "My guess had been spot on, Tae bear and this . . . walking talk show, are gays. Tch, what a waste of this pretty face — you were better off being a fatso. Girls wouldn't have to be disappointed."
Those words, they stopped hurting the moment Taehyung walked down the porch that night. However, he didn't learn to take up any insults thrown towards his dear ones, never will.
Before he could speak forth, his other buddy jumped in. "Listen here, you, whoever you think you are, please just leave your daddy's lil princess attitude inside your pink wagon."
Taehyung stared at Hoseok, stern as he had never appeared anytime before. Jimin slowly pushed himself forward too, "Hashtag love is love? Girl, it's literally the twenty first century. People actually put some thoughts into choosing a proper partner. Pull your head out of the gutter, love has no gender. All of your side chick bull shit? No one actually cares."
"You — " Rosa was cut off again.
"Hey hey, back away. I requested you the first time, second won't be good, hm? So don't worry your pea-sized brain so much, might evaporate." Hoseok smiled bright. "And I'm sure you don't want wrinkles over simple things you won't understand."
Rosa huffed, crossing her arms. Other students were watching. Glare fixing daggers towards them, "Let's go girls. Kookie come on." she trod down the passage way.
Unbothered, Taehyung locked eyes with Jungkook. So he had watched all of it; with an indescribable regard.
Whatever settles between them.
