3rd person.

The team or wat was left of the team were tied and lined up in front of a cage full of Z's. Murphy was no where to be found, Cassandra was getting the car and trying to find some bolt cutters. Meanwhile nobody knows where Kai and 10k had gone.

Turns out that those kids that Wiliams had let back in were on a suicide mission. They had killed themselves just to turn into Z's and get revenge on the camp for kicking them out.

While the cult's leader who's name is Jacob was doing his speech Kai and 10k went to find a spot to kill him. Kai got a good spot but she couldn't get a clear headshot because there was a roof in the way. She could only see his body from the torso and down.

[Kai] "Shit. I can't get a clear headshot."

[10k] "Me neither."

They both looked at each other and decided to go to the roof to be higher. Maybe then they could get a clear view. As they got onto the roof Murphy was speaking to Jacob about him being the messiah.

Kai was praying that this one time Murphy would save all of their asses and they could get out of this hell safely.

She then pointed to something. It was Murphy but he now was face to face with a zombie. She couldn't hear what he was saying but she knew that it was something senseless. At least it seemed to be working.

The next view was kind of weird because Murphy was now sticking his fingers in the Z's mouth. Kai looked away from her scope and gagged. 10k looked at her and just giggled. He saw what made Kai gag.

As Kai got herself back together she looked back into the scope and she could now get a clear shot.

She signaled to 10k by whistling. They made up a special signal system while they were on the road and they both managed to remember it easily.

As Kai aimed better she shot. She didn't know which shot was hers because there were several shots fired. She looked confused and saw Garnett laying on the ground bleeding. Warren was towering him and crying. Kai's heart sunk to the floor once again.

She looked away to quickly get her stuff and get down. She had to be there for Warren. As she got off the roof she ran towards Warren and almost got tackled by a Z but 10k took care of that.

Once she made it to dying Garnett he took his last breath. She had lost another person close to her. She had spent a lot of tears that now she couldn't cry.

She grabbed Warren by her waist, and pulled her towards the back gate, where Cassandra had parked the car and the chain that kept the gate locked was now cut and laid on the ground. Warren was trying to wriggle out of Kai's grasp but she didn't let go.

As Kai made it to the car warren was already accepting that she will have to let him go.

Once they made it in a safe distance from the camp Warren stopped the car and got out.

[Warren] "Give me your gun Kai"

She demanded and Kai didn't hesitate. She knew what Warren had in mind and will not be in the way.

[Warren] "Charles Garnett. I give you mercy"

She said as she fired. Warren then returned the gun and got into the front passenger seat and let someone else drive. She wanted to mourn over Garnett's death.

Kai's pov.

*little time skip*

We had stopped because our car's radiator had overheated. Doc and Murphy had their own little talk and the Wonder Twins had found a dirt bike so they decided to go scout further. 10k was sitting in the bedding and I rested my head in his lap.

I was looking up at the sky and didn't focus on anything around me. It was until I heard 10k call out my name.

"Kai? Kai you there?" He asked me. I blinked a few times and smiled up at him. He returned the smile and then pushed my head up so he could jump out of the truck. He then walked over to the front of the car and inspected the motor. After some good 5 minutes he spoke up.

"I found the leak in the radiator hose." As he finished the sentence Doc handed him tape and said to do his stuff. As 10k was finishing taping the hose Doc went to get some water.

I heard him and Murphy have some conversation but I didn't listen since their conversations were boring.

As the radiator was fixed everyone got back in the car and this time something caught my attention. 10k wanted to drive. Which meant that I will be sitting in the back alone. Don't get me wrong I don't have a car phobia but car rides alone are boring as hell.

I just rested my back against the back window and pulled my hat lower to shield my eyes from the sun.

I was about to sleep as the car pulled forwards so fast I slammed my head against the car.

"Oh 10k you better hope I forget what you just did." I said with anger and I pulled my hand up to rub the spot I hit.

"Sorry Kai." He apologized and I just chuckled and went back to my original position to sleep. The road was kind of bumpy but it was fine. I slept good enough to not hear anything while I sleep.

I was woken up by someone shaking my foot. I sprung up into a sitting position and looked around. It was Doc who woke me up. He said that we are in a safe zone for now and that we should do some fun stuff and relax and I agreed.
