Luz's Perspective

"I didn't expect her to be there" I muttered, remembering what happened earlier. I had another fight with her, but why do I feel so guilty about it. Especially on what happened earlier

"Why would she question me saving her?" I asked myself, walking through the woods as I hold my right shoulder.

I snapped out of my thought once a heard a cracking sound from somewhere, making me stop from my tracks.

It became pretty quiet until I heard a rustling sound, coming from a bush behind me. As I looked over, I spotted something coming out from the tree beside the bush.

My senses felt a familiar scent, making me glance at the creature coming closer. When the bright ray of the moon hit the creature, her features were now shown "Willow?"

She shifted into her human form after I called her out. Her face didn't look like she was happy to see me, more like happy to kill me.

"H-hey, what brings you here?" I stammered, slowly backing away as I felt her cold presence

This is not good

"Did you know what I've been through just to find you?" She said, her tone is like someone who just woke up from a bad day

"I- uhm" I made a nervous chuckle, trying to look away as she slowly walked towards me

"You know, I would totally kill you right now if you weren't hurt" She said, placing her hand at my shoulder as she looked over to my side. I just remembered that I was at a disadvantage earlier in a fight, if it weren't for those trees, I would've become minced meat.

"O-oh yeah, I completely forgot that I was also bleeding" I nervously chuckled "I'm really sorry for making you worry Willow"

"You're lucky if that's all I'm thinking" She gave me a cold stare, sending a chill down to my spine as I already know what she meant

"Let's go back to the village, I don't want to stay here anymore than I usually do" I raised a brow in confusion "I don't want to bump onto another problem"

"Why? Is there something matter?" I asked, slightly wincing as she slowly gripped at my shoulder

"Nothing, I just came across another pain in the neck" She scowled, her face slowly scrunching together

"Huh?? What do you mean?" I asked

"It doesn't matter, let's just go back, Viney might help to fix your wound...again" She quickly replied. I just responded with a nod, while following her from behind

"Thanks for helping me again Willow, you're a great friend" I smiled, which soon faltered after seeing her her pause from walking. She turned my way, making my eyes widened as her face showed a pleading look

"A great friend huh?" I raised a brow, staring at her with a hint of concern flashed through my eyes

"Hey, are you alright?" I slowly walked towards her, making her slightly step back which made me frown. She looked at me with a smile and yet I can tell that it wasn't real

"Yeah, I'm fine"

I became uneasy after that response as the both of us walked in silence until we reached Viney's place. It wasn't common for Willow to stay quiet for a long time and honestly, it's making me worry. She hasn't spoke a single word, she just answers if she's being asked.

"Woah, another one Luz?" Jerbo asked, making me chuckle

"Y-yeah, sorry for troubling you?" I apologized, shyly looking away as my eyes met with Willow's, although she immediately looked away.
