I don't really do anything crazy when I draw
I use Procreate
I mess around with the layers a lot
For big pieces I'll use a lot of Gaussian blur

I use my modified Monoline pen (Found in Calligraphy) for like Lineart and stuff like that
Studio pen for coloring in mostly
Narinder pencil for sketch layers
And then I just like using the Bokeh Lights and airbrushes from time to time
