Winter 2021
Scarlett's POV
Colin and I woke up to snow covering the ground, we knew that Charlotte will want to play in it later.
We go downstairs to make the breakfast and get all of our snow things ready for when we go out to play in it.
We hear little footsteps running down the stairs and we immediately know that Charlotte wants to go and play in the snow.
"Good morning princess"I say picking Charlotte up and balancing her on my hip, she just hugs me and cuddles into me.
"Did you see the snow outside?"I ask quietly to my cute sleepy baby, I feel Charlotte nod into my neck.
"Do you want to play in it later?"I ask gently bouncing her up and down, Charlotte nods and lifts her head up to watch me make the breakfast.
We all sit down and eat our breakfast before getting ready to go out into the snow.
"Are you excited?"I ask a now more awake Charlotte.
"Yea!"Charlotte shouts making me smile and pat her little bum motioning for her to go outside after I finished zipping up her jacket.
She runs over to Colin who is already in the snow making piles of snowballs for us to have a snow ball fight.
"We are going to have a snow ball fight are you all ready to be beaten?"Colin says confidently making Charlotte smirk.
"I'm gonna win daddy not you but you can keep dreaming"Charlotte says sassy making me laugh and Colin frown jokingly.
We all start to play and me and Charlotte aim our snowballs at Colin making him fall to the ground laughing.
We all continue to play for little bit until lunch time.
This is a memory I am going to cherish my whole life, I am beyond grateful for the little girl I have adopted, she is my little princess and forever will be...
