Chapter 10

I woke up, I had not remembered Johnny wasn't next to me until I felt his arm around me still. I could not help but smile. I decided to get up and shower, and get some presentable clothes on. I walked downstairs and made breakfast with coffee, I'm sure Johnny would like it.

After making breakfast I read a book as Johnny came downstairs, he looked pretty tired.

"Good morning, would you like some breakfast and a coffee?" I asked.

"Yeah, please." He said.

I pointed to the counter as he started eating.

"What time do you have work today?" Johnny asked.

"About noon, it is quite a busy schedule today." I said, smiling.

"Well whenever you get out let me know when you get home so I know you're safe." He said, putting his dish in the sink.

"Gotcha." I said.

"I'm gonna head out, Matt needs me for some kind of bass thing, I love you." He said, kissing me.

"I love you too. But next time, wash your dish. I got it this time." I said.

He laughed as he gave me another kiss and walked out. I washed all the dishes and put them in the dishwasher. It was only nine so I had some time to spare. I decided to invite Kiersten over. Shortly after she walked inside.

"How many times do I have to tell you to knock?" I asked.

"Never because I won't. You already know that. So. Whatcha need?" Kiersten asked.

"Well I just wanted to hangout for a little before I go to work." I said.

"Cool cool. How was the party last night?" She asked.

"Great. Johnny spent the night last night." I said.

"Like with you in your bed?" She asked.

"Yeah. Isn't that what couples do?" I asked.

"Duh you just never have been so comfortable with someone. I'm happy you're like this." She said.

"Me too. It was just something about Michael that triggered me whenever he hugged or kissed me." I said.

"Probably all the sex diseases he has." She said.

"Right." I said.

Kiersten and I decided to swim for a bit, and she left because it was thirty minutes to noon, so I got ready for work.

I drove to work and yet again Matt's car was there. Does that mean I can see Johnny?

I walked in and nope, just Matt and Jade. Bummer.

"Table two please, Alex." Angel said.

"Alexandria and you got it." I said, grabbing the food and delivering it to the table.

"Oh hey Alex! Didn't know you worked here!" Jade said.

"Alexandria and yes I do." I said.

"I'm still calling you Alex." She said.

"Sure okay." I said, groaning as I walked away from the table.

Hours after work I finally got to go home. I hated busy days. I never got to take a break to eat or anything. I should've ate before I left. I went home and microwaved some frozen TV dinner and I texted Johnny that I'm home, like I had promised.
