Harley is beginning to get sick of waking up to the same concrete ceiling everyday. The same routine. The same boring people. The only people keeping her 'sane' in Arkham are Jerome, James, and even Barbara now.

In all honesty, Harley was not the biggest fan of Barbara when they first met. She recognized how similar they are, and Harley hates it when people try to replace her. Over the past couple of days though, she got to know all the differences they have. Barbara is after power, control, etc. When Harley rarely cares for control.

Sure, she wants to rule Arkham, but only because of how boring it is here. If there was someone else already in charge, who had things fun the way she liked, she would be completely fine living here. That's why she was perfectly fine being one of Fish's right hand men. All she wants is to be living within the chaos.

Jerome is right there with her in this mindset. James....not so much. James is definitely the outlier in her friend list. He's sane, caring, thoughtful, empathetic, etc, etc. His heart is too big for his own good, getting him into bad crowds because he feels bad for them. Right now, he's ranting to Harley through the cell door as she gets ready for the day.

"I just don't understand, what did he mean by that?" Harley looks back over her shoulder at the cell door's window and squints confused. "You weren't listening to me were you?" He asks, frustrated.

"Sorry.....say it again." She apologizes and goes back to applying eyeshadow that she fenced a few weeks prior.

"Percy keeps telling me that I need to stay away from him." He gives her the basic idea, instead of the detailed story this time.

"Who's Percy again?" In the mirror, she gives him a pleading smile, hoping he doesn't scold her for not remembering.

"The guy that I've told you about." He replies flatly.

"Oh! The guy you have a crush on?" Harley teases him. It was always entertaining for Harley to make fun of James.

"I don't have a crush on him!" He suddenly shouts. "I just want to help him! He's been through a lot, and-" He talks quickly, defending himself. His voice, much louder than usual.

"Well then why are you freaking out about it?" He goes quiet and gazes down at the floor. His face goes bright red. Harley laughs, and closes the eyeshadow container. "Damn James, falling in love with an inmate? Kind of frowned on by your manager."

"I am not in love with him. I'm helping him, like I'm helping you." James speaks back in a quieter voice. His voice is slightly shaky, kind of taken aback from his own outburst. Of course, Harley doesn't notice. She continues to harass him.

"How are you helping me? Guess what, still crazy." She points to her own head. James sighs.

"It takes time, okay. I just need time. At least I'm doing a better job than the actual therapists here." Harley nods agreeing, and gets up out of her seat. James opens the heavy metal door, and she walks herself to the wreckroom. By now, she has gotten herself enough freedom to walk to places without an escort.

A guard lets her in, and she glances around the room for her group. They're sprawled out at a table, each in their own way. Barbara has her head in Sionis's lap, while having her toe nails painted by a man named Aaron Helzinger. Also known as 'Baldy' by her.

Jerome is sitting across on the other side of the table with Greenwood and Dobkins on either side of him. Harley walks to that side, and aggressively shoves Greenwood out of the way. She sits down closely to Jerome, and Greenwood glares at her for forcing him to move. She turns her gaze to Jerome, but lifts her hand up and flips off Greenwood behind her, without looking at him.
