Tonight, is the night of the Halloween party in the school, and I was so excited about it. Also it had been a week since the date with Collin, I've been spending a lot of time with him, and it has been really fun. He has been sitting with us at Lunch and MJ and Ned seem to really like him, but Peter seems to have a problem with him, he doesn't seem like himself when Collin is around. It's like he is a different person with all his smart comments towards Collin, and it's really starting to annoy me because he wouldn't tell me what his problem is. If we didn't have our project to practice for, I probably wouldn't be talking to Petter right now.

I walked into the canteen for lunch and noticed that all the decorations were being put up for the party and it honestly looked amazing. I walked over to the table that we always sit at, but it was just MJ and Ned, since I had not seen Collin or Peter all day. I took a sit beside MJ, and her and Ned were talking about Math or something, I wasn't really listening because I was too busy thinking about the boys being M.I.A. "Has any of you see Peter or Collin today" I asked the two. They both said No but Ned looked nervous like he knew something, and I was going to find out what it was. One thing you should know about Ned is that he can't keep a secret, I just had to pressure him enough to spill it.

Lunch was normal apart from the two boys going missing, Liz came over to ask us if we have seen Peter because he had agreed to help them put the Halloween decorations up. She was also still trying to get me to join the decathlon team because "they could use someone with my brains on the team", but it was because I was really good at knowing what's happening in Pop culture. She told me that MJ, Ned, and Peter were on the team and that I should come check out one of the team practices. MJ and Ned have also been trying to make me join the team, but I told them I needed to get use to being here before I joined any clubs, but it had been a few weeks now.

The bell rings to tell us that Lunch is over, and that it was time that we head to our classes, which was science for me. The teacher gave us the class to practice our presentation for our projects since it was due soon. But since Peter wasn't here, I couldn't practice it without him so I had the class to do what I wanted. I spend most of the class looking out the window and letting my mind wonder, Peter was acting weird, well weirder that normal. Ned knew something about where Peter was, so I needed to talk to him, I just needed a plan of how I was going to get it out of Ned.

It was now the end of the school day and I was on my way to my locker, and I seen that Ned was at his locker putting everything away since we were done for the term. Now that he was alone would be the perfect time to pressure him, so I made my way over to him. He didn't notice me so when he closed the locker and I was there, it caused it to jump a bit. "oh god Y/N, you scared me" he says while his hand was on his chest, "Hey Ned, so where's Peter" I say completely ignoring what he had just said. He does not look at me but at his closed locker, now I knew he was hiding something from me and it was about Peter. And if Peter had a reason for his weird mood, then his best friend knew about it.

"Just so you know Peter told me everything" I say trying to make it believable so he would not know I was lying to him. He finally looks away from the locker and looks around the hall before looking back at me, "He did?" he says looking at me again like he was trying to read my mind. "Yeah, I texted him about how worried I was about him because of how he was acting, and he told me everything" I say trying to sell it all but Ned was looking at me with a blank stare so I could not tell if he was buying it or not. Believe me, I hated that I had to lie to Ned, but I needed to know what was happening.

He looks around again before his eyes lands on something in the distance and he grabs my hand and pulls me down the hall quickly. He was going fast that I kept losing balance and was bumping into people. He pulled me into the bathroom and locked the door behind us, "Don't you think you are being a bit dramatic" I say to him while he is checking all the bathrooms stalls to make sure that no one was in them before turning back to me with a serious face. "We can't let anyone else know, we have to be secretive..." he says, and it alarms me and makes me worry a bit.
