Walking with Pansy we passed a group of Drumstrang boys. One looked at me and two of his friends nudged him towards me. One of which I recognized to be Krum.
The boy was cute, seemed confident, and I was still in need of a date.
"Miss Florence" his voice was heavy with a Bulgarian accent. Pansy playfully hit me subtly. "Will you accompany me to the Yule Ball?"
"I'd love-" I was going to accept his kind offer.
"She's going with me" I heard Draco yell as he stalked forward.
"I don't think so, Malfoy" I snap as I whirl around to face him.
"Since when was I Malfoy to you?" He sounded hurt.
"Since you haven't talked to me since the world cup" I growled
"I needed space to think and I thought you'd talk to me when I was ready"
"Oh, I'm supposed to be a mind reader now!" I roll my eyes sarcastically "if you asked for space I'd thought you come talk to me when you had done that not assume I'd crawl back to you"
"You are my girlfriend" his face contorted in anger
"I was your girlfriend" I corrected "it ended when you hadn't talked to me in months even though we grew up together, live in the manor together, and bloody got sorted into the same house" I breathed hard though I hadn't raised my voice as Draco had. I still acted like a lady. Turning I faced the Drumstang guy that asked me out and his group that looked stunned. "I'm sorry about that I don't think I caught your name?"
"Nikolai" he managed to tell me
"I'll meet you by the stairs before the ball, Nikolai," I say sweetly. The Drumsting group left quickly after.
I gave a short glare before I strutted away from Draco. Pansy stayed behind to probably give him a piece of her mind.

On the day of the ball and Daphne, Pansy, and I was holed up in our dorm having a girl's day.
"I call Florry's makeup" Pansy calls from upside down on my bed. I shook my head smiling as I took out my dress and hung it upsetting my heels down next to the bed. "What" Pansy exclaims "I got to make that git jealous for not talking to you for months and then you scoring a hot guy from Bulgaria" she sits up "now sit, it's going to be the Slytherin Princesses night" she grins as she grabs an assortment of items.
Daphne laughs "thanks Florry for taking the hit and taking the heat off me" as she does her own light makeup.
"Whatever Daph" I laugh light heatedly as I pulled my hair away from my face for Pansy.
Pansy took her time styling away at my face. When she was done she wouldn't let me see it till I put on my dress.
I slipped it on and came out from the bathroom.
Daphne dropped her shoe choices when she saw me and Pansy was grinning like a maniac.
I looked in the mirror and my jaw dropped. My eye-shadow looked to resemble snakeskin almost with glittery silver and my lips painted a deep shade of maroon faded with black.
"Bloody hell..." I stare and pull out my messy bun shaking the hair out. Pansy in her pink dress took my hair and twisted it sticking a large sharp metal stick through it to hold the hair together. I noticed it was silver going well with my silver and black theme and had a coiled snake at the tip.
"Got this for you, a fashionable weapon" Pansy grinned. "Now showing off the much truly shows how badass Slytherin you are"

I slipped on the shoes "ready girls?" Standing by the door.
"I still can't get over how good you look. Your lucky to have a godmother that lets you wear that" Daphne mentions as she moves towards me her emerald green knee-length dress swaying.
"Quick photo ladies" Pansy yelled as she set the camera up and ran towards us and posed. The camera flashed "now let's go!"
Our heels clicked together as we walked down the stone hallway. We reached the steps and I took a quick scan for my date. Before I did I saw Draco in his black dress robes, not bad... Quit it your mad at him.
I spotted Nikolai but Krum was the first to spot me and nudged Nikolai to look in my direction. The boys from Drumstrang all wore red suits and cloaks made of fur which only hung off one shoulder and to be honest I was liking the look.
Smiling as I carefully went down the steps to be greeted by my date at the bottom. I felt a familiar set of eyes on me but I ignored them.
"Good Evening, Nikolai" I greeted as I took his offered arm.
"You look gorgeous, Florence" he replied
"Thank you"
"Are you sure you want to go with me and not the angry blonde"
I laughed "the angry blonde needs time to cool off and you asked ever so kindly"
