Your P.O.V
I was riding my duel monster, Tailwhipper to a nearby city because I was being chased by people that want to kill me. I did nothing wrong to them and they just come after me. I'm from the future you see and they didn't believe me so I ran. I entered the city and people were screaming. Tailwhip tripped and I flew off it. It stood up and helped me. "Thanks Whip but we need to get out of this place" I say and guards surrounded us.

Whip defended me and I was being close to it. The Tailwhipper made a horse, dinosaur noise and they backed up. I then saw someone that looked important and he looked at me like I was from somewhere else. "Stand down! Their creature is protecting them. We don't want it to be afraid!" He said and slowly walked over. Whip hissed at him and he stopped. I slowly came out and he looked at me. "My king, they're not safe!" Seto says and I sigh.

"Excuse me? Where are you from?" He asked. "The future. I'm lost. I didn't do anything wrong I promise!" I say to the Pharaoh. "Well, that is believable because of the way you dress" he says with a smile and I nod.

Atem's P.O.V
I watched the person pet the creature. "I'm Y/n L/n. This is my friend Whip. I'm a duelist that's from the future" They say and I nod. "Come with me. We'll help you out and look after your friend" I say and Y/n smiled. "I'm Atem" They nod and we walked to the palace. Whip went tothe stables and rested with my horse. We walked into the palace and Y/n was still the same. "Not surprised?" I asked. "No. I've been in a home that's huge so I'm not impressed at all" Y/n replied I nod.

I walked Y/nto my room and we talked for a bit. "How did you get here?" I asked Y/n. "I'm not sure. I was in Egypt in the fiture to escape my home and I fell into a hole and my Tailwhipper followed me and here we are. I'm just glad I'm not with the people that don't like me. I don't have anyone to talk to so you're the first." Y/n replied. I felt sad because Y/n was all alone and never had people to talk to.

"I do have ancestors that were from Egypt. So I might be able to see them" They say and I smiled. "You can stay here in the palace with me. You can help me with things that I need help with and we'll work on to try to find your family" I cheered and they smiled. "Thank you Atem" Y/n says and hugs me. I smile and hug back. It's getting late, so get some sleep. You need it." I say tucking Y/n in bed. "You sure?" They asked with a yawn and I nodded.

Y/n fell asleep in about 10 seconds and I smiled. I walked out and told the maids to get some clothes ready and a room. I smiled and walked back to my room. I noticed Y/n having something in their hair and saw a hair pin that looks like Mahad's pin. I smiled and layed next to Y/n. I closed my eyes and went to a deep sleep. I woke up to see Y/n missing so I got up and walked out to thetheone room. I saw Mahad and Y/n talking and they were crying.

Your P.O.V
I was crying happy tears because I found out that Mahad was my ancestor. He smiled and hugged me. Atem walked over and I smiled. "Mahad is my family! Thank you Atem!" I say and Atem smiled. "Glad to hear, Y/n. Now you know that their from the future?" Atem asked Mahad. He nodded and hugged Y/n. "I'm going to stay here. I like it here and I have people that love me." I say and smiled.

It's been a few years since I arrived in Ancient Egypt. I was home and I helped the people in the kingdom. Whip helped pull the heavy things and we enjoyed it. Mahad helped me get used to the palace and I knew it from inside out. I normally go to the library because there were things that I want to read. Atem was pleased that I was happy and always want me in meetings like today. We were having a meeting and I was next to Atem.

"We need to put up our defenses if we need to stop this army from taking over. I suggest we put the weak soldiers in that place." Seto says. "That's risky, Priest Seto. We need a few weak and strong in each corner of the wall. That way, we can get someone to tell us what's going on" I replied and Mahad agreed. "It's settled then, we'll go with Y/n's idea, again." Seto says with a smile. I sigh and looked at Atem.

"You'll be a great soldier someday" hesays and I shrugged. "I rather practice with my magic and then I might consider it" I replied. "Y/n, you've improved since the last meeting. I proud" Mahad says and I smiled. "I accidentally gropped my book and Atem picked it up. "Magic book of the land. That's a new one" he says with a smile. "I'm more of are wind and land person so I can study on this stuff." I replied. Mahad nodded and had to go do his job.

"Y/n? I've known you for a year and I wanted to ask you something..." Atem says and I looked at him confused. "Cam you please be my Queen/King?" He asked nervously. I was shocked and I blushed. "Ofcourse Atem" I replied and he stood up and kissed me. I kissed back and smiled. We pull away and looked at each other. "Thank you Y/n. I love you" Atem says happily. "I love you too Atem" I reply and we walked to the balcony and watched the sun set.
