Hi! >.<

Welcome to my fantasy world, where seelies and unseelies exist.

Let me first give you some background information. The word seely (also seelie) , meaning "happy", "lucky" or "blessed" and unseely meaning "unhappy", "misfortunate" or "unholy" are derived from the Old English sǣl and gesǣlig.

Many ballads and tales tell of "Seilie wichts",  a Lowland Scots term for fairies. In the French fairy tales, fairies are likewise divided into good and evil. The division into "Seelie" and "Unseelie" was roughly equivalent to the division of light and darkness.

The Unseelie Court was a mirror opposite of the Seelie Court; where the latter was a place of laughter and friendship, the Unseelie Court was a place of hatred, enslavement, and death.

Throughout the story you will learn who is a seelie and who is an unseelie...!

What is important to know that in my story the fairies will obviously have wings, but I will not pay attention to them very much. The seelies as well as the unseelies can hide their wings from the outside world and can make them appear on their own accord.

Lastly I want to share some pictures of the main characters of the story. I found these edited pictures on Pinterest, so they are not mine and the full credit goes the maker/editor/owner of them!
