Summary:When topper doesn't take a hint jj jumps in to protect y/n

I was sitting on a log in front of the bonfire to try and keep myself warm. I nodded every few seconds at kie to show that I was listening to her while slowly sipping my beer.

"I will be back kie I need to get another beer"I inform her

"Okay don't be too long"

I make my way through the sea of people for such a small island so many teenagers were at the keeger.
I finally get to the keg where John b was handing out drinks.

"Hi Johnny " I smiled

"Hey y/n what are you up to"

"I was just talking to kie earlier I just wanted to get another beer"

"Want me to fill it up for ya" he offered

"Ooo yes please"I say while handing over the empty red solo cup

A couple of minutes later John b fills up my cup and hands it to me.

"Thank you I'll cya later"

"Bye y/n"he waved

I headed back to the log I was previously sitting on wanting to return to the conversation I was having with kie about sea turtles of course until I was rudely interrupted by someone forcefully grabbing my waist I step forward and turn around to see who it was.And by no surprise it was topper.

"Go away topper" I roll my eyes

"Well hello to you to y/n"

"This" [I point between me and topper] "Is never going to happen anyways I don't date stuck up kooks"

What is wrong with these kooks and not taking no for an awnser.

"Oh Come on y/n I know I make you feel things"

"Topper the only thing you make me feel is wanting to become a nun" I say before turning around hoping topper would take a hint.

However I roughly get grabbed by the arm and pulled back into topper.I look around with pleading eyes seeing if maybe I can see any of my friends to help but what I didn't know was that there was a certain blonde boy who was watching and was about to kill topper for even looking at me.

Before I knew it I was pulled free from toppers grasp
and shoved to the side.

"Can't take a hint topper are you that desperate"Jj growled

"I would watch your mouth maybank"

"Or what"

After topper heard that he lunged forward at jj sending him straight to the ground but jj got the upper hand and punched topper in the jaw knocking him over. Eventually the fight ended and jj won he left topper with a two black eyes and what looked like a broken nose but jjs face was covered in bruises and cuts which made me feel bad as if it wasn't for me he wouldn't have got hurt but I tried to push away those feeling so I could check on him.

Me and jj walked all the way to the chateau so I could clean his wounds; the walk was pretty much silent.Once we entered the chateau I tapped the counter in the kitchen indicating jj to sit there so I could clean him up, I searched for the first six box and found it getting out some plasters rubbing alcohol and Cotten pads.I was cleaning jj's cuts silently until I wanted to break the silence.

"Thank you"I said

"For what"

"Looking out for me"

"Your my bestfriend y/n of course I'm going to look out for you"

I winced at hearing the word friend.

"Why don't you go out with topper"Jj asks me

"Because I'm depressed not desperate"I giggle a small chuckle falls out jj's lips as well.

"Well I'm glad to hear your not considering dating topper"

I smile.
