Chapter 13: That's That Jealousy

Jayce POV

Two Days Later

"I don't want a mate like you."

Her voice kept repeating in my head for the last forty-eight hours.

It hurts that she is already pushing me away but the fact that she thinks so low of me is awful. I mean it is the truth that I fucked a lot of girls. Yes, but that is the past I changed. Well, I am still in the process of adjustments. Correction I was in the process of adjustments but I know I want Athena more than anything.

My past is nowhere near clear but I did not fuck all the girls that through themselves at me. I picked my options that I thought that could satisfy me. I stopped fucking around and decided to settle shit down and choose to be with Aura. 

The only time that I can tell you I fucked up was with that fishy pussy chick. Werewolves don't get drunk as quick or as easy as humans but fuck I was out. Up to this day I don't remember shit. Now I think about how the fuck is that possible. What did I fucking drink? I am sooo going to look into that.

Anyways, then I meet Athena well I saw Athena. Those fucking stories are making my mate not want me. I am going to have to try really hard to fucking get with her.

"Fuck" I picked up my phone and trough it at the wall. Watching as it falls to the ground with a shattered screen. I slammed my hand on the desk out of all frustration and placed them on my face after.

A few minutes later Joe walks in with a serious look. At this point I did not give to fucks that were going on around me. I was so dead on the inside I was ready to tear everything apart.

"Come on let's go or we're going to be late for the game." Joe spoke.

I looked up at him in confusion and saw him looking around my office that was apparently trashed. I honestly didn't notice it before. Everything was all over the place and shit was shattered here and there. He marched over to where I through my phone picking it up and took the chip out.

"What game?" I asked tired and frustrated.

"Luna's volleyball game come on I already called the Author and told him to set us up with good seats to view the game."

"You already called Author?" I growled standing up from the chair. 

"Yes, that is what I said."

"Cancel we are not going." I countered.

"Yes we are and if we leave now we will buy you a new phone on the way."

"I said we are not going. So call Author back and cancel." I growled. Joe may be my bestfriend but now is not the time.

"Look it's been two days you have locked yourself up behind those doors." He said pointing towards my office doors. "Now I just want to get you out of this place. Get some fresh air. Make shit up with Luna. I know what she said affected you but just talk to her. For your sake, my sake and the packs sake. Just lets go to the game."

Now I think about it I have been locked up in here for a while. But..

"I don't want to see her." I growled.

"Yes you do. I will give you fifteen minutes to get ready. If you are not in the car by then I am going to support our Luna by myself then." He was fucking serious no fucking joke about that message. To say I was Alpha now and to think I am allowing my Beta to talk to me like this.

If he was not right or if this was a different situation I knew I would have placed him where he belonged.

"Let's go see mate." Enzo spoke which I was totally surprising. He has not spoken to me since that day. Athena's words hurt him even more because of our pasts he think his mate does not want him.
