CHAPTER 6, WHY NOT? (KEL'S POV)

Alright to start off, if any of you are wondering why I've been dead since about February 25th, I forget things easily or procrastinate, with both aren't good things, so you know, I might be at least slightly more active here. BIG and when I say BIG, I MEAN BIG APOLOGIES TO ALL OF YOU WHO'VE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEBRUARY, whether there were a lot of people waiting or none at all, I don't mind, I'm still utterly grateful! Also HI TEO IF YOU'RE EVER READING THIS!!! (Teo is my friend but all of you are)

We were sitting in a table of like 6 people! We were sitting in a table of 6 at the MUSTARD SUB, with MARI and HERO buying COMBO MEALS for everyone! Oh, I really wish I could do that when I grow up,'cause I know that I'll grow up taller and richer than HERO, I just really know that! But anyways, me, being the INCREDIBLY INTELLIGENT person said;

"Hey...They don't have ORANGE JOE?" I gracefully asked, also swaying my burger.

"Yes, they don't, KEL. Why would they?" AUBREY replied with an awfully sarcastic tone while copying me, she was also swaying her burger (what a copycat, right?)

With my inner strength, I banged on the table with my left hand,"Whyyy nott??"

HERO put my left hand down "They don't have ORANGE JOE and there isn't a reason for that. Calm down. KEL. We know they don't, we can just buy ORANGE JOE separately! We're not that far from the MAILBOX, I think."

"THEY DON'T HAVE ORANGE JOE BECAUSE IT INCLUDES CAFFEINE AND A BUNCH OF SUGAR AND YUCKY STUFF, KEL!" AUBREY shouted back at me.

"ORANGE JOE IS NOT YUCKY, AUBREY!" I shouted at her in reply, spitting a little of my burger, no biggie though.

"IT IS! IT IS VERY YUCKY! YOU'RE YUCKY TOO! THAT'S WHY YOU LIKE IT SO MUCH!" AUBREY continues talking.

MARI, finally steps in, a miracle it was "Hey! AUBREY and KEL, please stop! I'm sure it's fine! KEL, I'll buy you ORANGE JOE if you want, and AUBREY, I'll buy you a whole watermelon, as long as you say sorry to each other, mhm?"

AUBREY immediately started smiling as OMORI started moving closer to AUBREY, he was kind of moving away from her (don't tell him that I kind of forgot about him) but I pretty much also started smiling, instant embarrassment, I guess. In surprising unison, AUBREY and I replied to MARI by saying "Yeah!" And quickly nodding our heads to say sorry in silence because apologizing in front of people is an obvious sign of weakness.

"Nice weather today, right?..Quite warm.." BASIL smiled awkwardly to decrease the increasing awkwardness, but that's kinda impossible.

"It is! Thing is, we're underwater, in a submarine. We haven't been in warmth for a little bit since we came here.." AUBREY replied to BASIL, putting her greasy, yucky burger down. 

"Oh, right. Yeah, you're right, haha, sorry!" BASIL looked down quickly "HERO, why are you only eating FRIES?" 

"W-Why not? Why can't I eat FRIES? Is it bad?" HERO quickly stared at BASIL before putting his FRIES down, sweating rivers.

"N-No, just asking, I'm sorry." BASIL gulped and sighed "Sorry..."

Silence kind of...Y'know, spread around the table, with OMORI, BASIL and AUBREY especially while MARI and HERO were just sitting together pretty much taking my space considering I fell twice, we all sat on separate chairs yet I still fell off mine, ridiculous...The first time, MARI apologized a lot (I used a fancy word!) and the second time HERO apologized by giving me an almost deadly amount of french fries, so I didn't care about almost getting a concussion because of them! Food does a lot of things, aha! But, I think BASIL was the most silent, I didn't hear much from him but he did take a photo of us all! Poor camera, must've been a little greasy..

So while we were getting back to the NEIGHBOR'S ROOM, BASIL back to his house and OMORI back into his room, we had a question that everybody tried to answer, and it was "What time is it?"

The first answer from BASIL was; "8pm, which is too late! We must rest soon!"

The second answer from AUBREY was; "4pm! It's uh...Dinner time, isn't it?"

The 3rd was from me, the actual answer; "13pm. Mafterning!"

The 4th was from MARI, which was oddly specific; "5:25pm, HERO still has a little time to look in the mirror if it's that time!"

The 5th was from HERO, who responded to MARI; "Yeah! At about 5:50pm. But I think it's about 4:30pm, it looks like it."

The 6th was from OMORI who just nodded when MARI talked.

...AUBREY was correct, except 4pm isn't really dinner time, it's more like lunch time. I think I was the closest to being correct though, 'cause, if you say it's everything, then there's no possible way for you to be wrong!

OKAY SO I KNOW HOW SHORT THIS THING WAS, I WILL TRY DOING LONGER ONES MORE FREQUENTLY, I HATE PROCRASTINATING, I'M NOT DYING. I just do things at the wrong time. I don't know when the next chapter'll come up. I'm sorry.
