Lightning drove slowly down the road with a frown on his face. He didn't know what he did to deserve this kind of accusing. He knows he wasn't the one who caused Cruz's crash.

Lightning enters the facility and meets up with Tex Dinoco
"Hey Tex! Long time no see!"
"But it's only been a week, Lightning."
"Hehe.. yeah.."
"Is there something you need, Lightning? Or are you just paying me a little visit?" Tex asked with a smile
"I'm paying you a little visit, and-"
"The rusteze racing center will close in less than 15 minutes Lightning." Tex interrupted.
"I know, but I need your help on something.
"What do you need help with, Lightning?
Lightning sighs
"I have been kicked out of Radiator Springs for a false accusation."
"Accused of what exactly?"
"Causing Cruz to crash.."
Tex looks confused.
"Why would they think you did it?"
"That's the thing, I don't know. Mater showed me a picture of crash oil being found in my garage, and I know it's not mine because I would never do that to Cruz, I wouldn't even do that to my worst enemy!"
Tex was starting to get worried
"Lightning, If you don't have a place to stay, I know a place where you could go. It's just about 30 miles away from here, but It shouldn't take more than 30 minutes to get there. That city is beautiful, and I'm telling you, you are going to love it."
"What is this city's name?"
"I believe the name is Axel City."

Lightning liked the name, 'Axel City' He wanted to go there and possibly make new friends that could treat him how he wants to be treated.
