Chapter 9: The Kiss

Jude's POV
After my last period Isaac grabbed me and lead me to the back of the gym.

"What are we doing here?" I asked curiously.
"This." He replies.
Just than he leans in and kisses me. I kiss back. We both hear a sound and we both pull back. We turn to see where the sound came from but see nothing.
After I turn back and look at him and just wonder to myself if that really just happened.
"I've been wanting to do that since I first met you." Isaac says smirking. I just stand there shocked.
"Well aren't you going to say something" Isaac says laughing.
"I like you" is all I say.
"I like you too" Isaac says.
"Jude, umm will you go out with me?" Isaac asks me.
"Of course." I say blushing.

After, he walks me home and kisses me bye before he walks off.
I go up to my room and lay down and just stare at the wall. After a few minutes I decided I'm going to tell the family.

At dinner everyone is talking about how their day went. Mariana talks about her dance team, Jesus talks about the boarding school he's probably attending, Brandon talks about the tour his band is going on and Callie doesn't really talk much. After they're done talking they asked how my day was.
"Fine." I say smiling
Everyone just smiles and returns to eating.
"Actually I have to tell you guys something." I say nervously
"What is it honey?" Stef says worried
"Well .... I'm gay and I have a boyfriend" I say.
Everyone just stays quiet for a moment.
"We're glad you told us honey. We're very proud of you Jude." Lena says hugging Stef
Everyone just stands up and hugs me.
"I'm very proud of you" Callie says while kissing my head. Everyone just sits down again and continue eating.
"So who's this boyfriend of yours?" Mariana says winking at me.
"His name is Isaac." I say laughing to Mariana.

After dinner I go up to my room and text Isaac.
*Jude's and Isaac's conversation*
Jude: Hey Isaac I told my family I was gay. :)
Isaac: Omg seriously? :D
Jude: Yea.... I was wondering if maybe we can make our relationship public?
Isaac: Yea I would like that :)
Jude: Okay goodnight Isaac <3
Isaac: Goodnight Jude <3

When I was going to sleep I felt that I had 1000 pounds lifted off my shoulder. The next morning I woke up and got ready for school. I was nervous. After breakfast I grabbed my backpack and went inside the car.

At the entrance of the school I seen Isaac there. I went to him nervously.
"Ready?" He asked
"Yup" I replied grabbing hold of his hands.
We entered the school holding hands. As we made our way to my locker all I could hear were murmurs. When we got my locker I started putting books into my locker.
"I got to go to my locker to go get my books. I'll see in class." Isaacs says and kisses my forehead.
He turns the corner of the hallway and I just look back to my locker. When I close my locker and start walking towards my first class I get pushed into the lockers.
