As the trio returned to Mondstadt, they notice Jean conversing with a stranger.
Paimon: Isn't that Jean? Seems she's talking to someone.
(Y/N) scowls under his breath as he recognizes the familiar sight of the Fatui.
(Y/N): Fatui... this can't be good...
Paimon: Let's let her finish, then go say hi!
After Jean finishes up conversing with the Fatui member, the trio approaches her.
Jean: Oh (Y/N), Lumine, you're back. Thanks for your help. The elemental flow is finally stable.
(Y/N): Looks like everything's starting to settle down.
Jean: For now, however, the pressure from the delegation has become too big to be ignored...
Lumine: Delegation?
Paimon: From Liyue Harbor or Inazuma City?
Jean: Snezhnaya. They choose to follow the God of Cryo.
(Y/N) crosses his arms and rolls his eyes.
(Y/N): Their envoys call themselves the Fatui.
Paimon: Oh them. They are super famous.
(Y/N): Infamous is the more appropriate term.
Lumine: You don't seem very fond of them.
(Y/N): For the most part, it usually ends in a fight whenever I run into them.
Jean: We were discussing a more head-on approach to dealing with Stormterror. But I don't think killing him is the right course of action.
(Y/N): Fatui are only looking after themselves. They've always coveted the power of the Anemo God.
Jean: I agree. I don't think they have Mondstadt's best interests at heart.
Lumine: Speaking of power...
(Y/N): What is it, Lumine?
Lumine: There's something I need to discuss with the Knights of Favonius.
Jean: Oh, Let I'd head back to the headquarters then. We shouldn't discuss important matters out in the open.
(Y/N): Especially near the Fatui...
The four of them head back to the Knights of Favonius headquarters, where they find Lisa waiting.
Lumine pulls out a red and black crystal in the shape of a tear.

Lisa: Let me take a look.
Lisa closely inspects the crystal.
Lisa: Hmm... I can see impurities in the crystal but on further inspection... No, I'm sorry. I can't make a proper analysis at the moment. Perhaps cutie can be of some assistance, though.
