Downfall

Days passed by, and Jennie and Jisoo slowly started to get comfortable around Jasmine. They also tried to get comfortable around Jeongguk, Taehyung and Yibo.

Jasmine told them every single thing day by day, slowly. When she told them about their reincarnation, her friends were about to pass out. They were speechless, shocked, surprised. They were in awe, feeling themselves so inferior in front of Jasmine. But, Jasmine scolded them and told them that she would never forgive them if they see her as a superior or see her differently.

"So, you're in love with him." Jennie said and sipped juice from her glass.

"What?" Jasmine chocked on her sandwich and Lisa patted her back.

"I said, you love him." Jennie said again and Jasmine stared at her with open mouth.

"When did I say?" Jasmine blinked her eyes a couple of times and Jennie rolled her eyes.

"It means, you don't love him?" She asked again.

"I didnot say that..." Jasmine mumbled and Jennie sighed.

"Forget it, Jen. She is confused. Let her realise it on her own." Jisoo said and wrapped her arm around Jennie.

"Yeah, yeah. The expert in love." Lisa rolled her eyes and Jisoo narrowed her eyes at Lisa.

Jasmine didnot say anything. She thought about the words Jennie said. She felt her heartbeat quickened after hearing the words. The image of Yibo came to her mind and she blushed.

'Love...' Jasmine thought and gulped with a fastly beating heart.

After their classes ended, Jasmine directly went home as soon as possible. She just wanted to see Yibo. When she arrived, he was nowhere downstairs. She couldn't even smell his scent because he blocked his scent and it had been happening for years. His venom didnot let his scent out.

Jasmine walked upstairs and went to the guest room which Yibo used whenever he stayed in their house. She saw him Sleeping on the bed, peacefully. She neared him and stared at him with a smile. Then she caressed his forehead gently and walked out of the room. Yibo slowly opened his eyes and sat up straight with a small smile on his face.

Jasmine entered her room and went to take a shower. After showering, she came out of the bathroom and saw Yibo with a tray full of fruits.

"You're probably tired. Eat these." He put the tray on the tea table near the small couch and she neared him with a smile.

"Thank you, Bobo. You're so sweet. You always take care of me." She grabbed his cheeks gently and shook his face like a toddler.

"My pleasure, princess. Now eat." He smiled and she grinned, then they both sat down to eat together.

They were all alone in the house. Jeongguk and Taehyung went to Japan for a business meeting yesterday. Taehyung told Yibo to take care of Jasmine. And Jeongguk...he practically warned Yibo on his face to not get too close to Jasmine or do anything stupid. He told these to Yibo in alone though.

But, Yibo being Yibo, he couldn't understand why the alpha was so worked up at the idea of him and Jasmine being alone in the house.

After eating the fruits, Yibo went to put the tray in the kitchen and Jasmine took her laptop out to do her assignment. Suddenly, she felt an aura. Something bad, awful. She turned around and then saw the familiar dark hand in front of her face.

Before she could react, the hand grabbed her neck and pinned her to the wall. She gasped out when she hit the wall hard. The sinister aura and awful smell made her feel like throwing up. She felt her skin burning slowly and she tried to get free from the tight hold.
