Interrogate

Taehyung sat down on the couch after Jasmine said, she was going for a shower. He asked her if she was ok and she said she was fine with a small smile. But Taehyung knew, that smile was for reassuring him. Her eyes were dull. He felt so hurt seeing her like that. He cursed himself for her misery. She was put on this situation because of him. She had to hear all the hurtful things and go through this whole bad situation because his name was attached with her. He felt like a very bad person. He never thought his name would give someone a hard time.

"I'm sorry Jeongguk. I failed you." A tear slipped pass his cheek.

He heard footsteps on the stairs. He instantly rubbed his eyes. Jasmine came towards him and sat down beside him.

"I'm so sorry. It's all my fault. I'm sorry you had to go through this." Taehyung said after holding her hands.

"This is the thing, I never wanted to hear from you hyungie. Don't blame yourself, it's not your fault. It's their fault." Jasmine sighed and squeezed his hands a little.

"But, are you really ok? Did you get injured?" Taehyung asked her worried.

"Yeah hyungie I'm really ok. Just a little disturbed mentally. But I didnot get injured anywhere." She smiled at him and Taehyung sighed in relief.

"I have a press meeting this evening. I'll clear all the misunderstandings. Everything will be ok." Taehyung said with a determination and she nodded.

"Ok hyungie. But you have to promise me one thing." She said and he looked at her confused.

"You won't tell anything about my situation. I don't want their sympathy. It makes me feel weak." She said with a serious tone.

"Okay. I promise I won't tell anything about this." Taehyung furrowed his eyebrows at her words but promised her anyway.

She smiled and hugged him. Taehyung wanted to call Yugyeom to tell him to stay with her, while he was gone, but Jasmine stopped him. She said her brother went to a important meeting and Yugyeom will call him instantly if he got to know about this. Taehyung finally agreed to her request and didnot call him. But he was determined to make her feel safe, cosy and happy.

He brought all the teddy bear and other plushies and put them around her on the couch. He wrapped a thin comforter around her and brought some bowls filled with popcorn, potato chips and other snacks and juice cane too. He put them down on the coffee table infront of her. She was grinning widely all the time while looking at him. Then he put the 'Ironman' on the tv and told her to enjoy her favourite marvel movie marathon. He ruffled her hair and walked out of the house after saying goodbye.

"He is sooo cute, thinking I'll be sad and cry after being left alone here." She chuckled and then looked at the snacks hungrily.

At Silver Moon -

Jeongguk's firm gaze was locked on the front wall while he was sitting on the couch. Namjoon was on his right side and Hoseok on his left. Yoongi's parents were sitting on another couch and Yoongi, he was standing beside his father while leaning on the wall. His arms were crossed over his chest and he was deep in thought.

Jeongguk's eyes snapped towards the footsteps and soon Jin entered the room with Jimin behind him. Jimin's gaze was on the floor the whole time. Jin told him to sit on the couch and Jimin sat down infront of Jeongguk. Jin walked towards his mate and sat beside him. They all looked at Jeongguk and saw his surprised look.

"Impossible...not even a little omega scent. How?...I, myself smelt the omega scent on him before." Jeongguk mumbled and soon his eyes started to flicker between his black and red eyes. His face filled with anger.
