I would say make it a labyrinth like building, shouldn't be hard to get for you guys. I don't know why you need something like that or for whom you are making this but here are aome ideas:
- trap door/fake door leading to a wall.
- spawning monsters: I am sure you will have some low-life criminals to get rid off. Put them in a room for the victim to fight.
- traps: 1) Nomu 2( Criminals 3) lader grid 4( sound with a very high and deadly frequency 5) maybe put acid in the sprinklers
That are just some ideas, tho I am curious to know the idea behind this!
