Hello guys! So, I'm guessing you already knew that something was coming up since I've disclosed some notes regarding the next chapter and...I guess I'm going to be doing that as we go on to the story :D

The dare isn't over...and Gerard will see this through.

Through the help of whom?

Frankie, of course! (I ship Frerard to death, just so you know ;))

Here goes chapter twenty-five!

Chapter Twenty-Five: “What Do We Do, Gerard?”

- Frank -

I walked discreetly from the classroom I was hiding in, my phone clutched tightly in my hand. It has been five minutes since I heard their footsteps echo away and I took that as a sign that they’ve left. My footsteps echoed along the long hallway and, finally, I got to step out onto the school grounds.

Gerard had asked me to do some…erm…research on the two of them.

And, actually, I had to bite my lip to stop myself when I heard their small conversation just outside that classroom door.

I held my phone even tighter.

When I reached the school parking lot, I caught sight of Billie’s ‘car’ (‘car’ because it’s not his) driving away. I hurried to my own and started the engine before calling Gerard.

“Yeah, man, what’s up?” Gerard asked after the first ring.

“You’re not going to believe what I just heard, Gee,” my voice sounded shaky as I said and I could picture Gerard’s forehead creasing in confusion.

“What? What is it?” he asks, urgency evident in his voice.

I turned a right as I said, “I can’t explain it well over the phone. I’ll come over.”

“Okay,” was all I heard before I heard the ‘click’ which meant he had ended the call.

I turned on left on Willow street and right on Sandcreek Way, where I spotted the familiar house and the familiar car parked in front of it. I stopped at the space before the said car and got out, walking to the porch where Gerard stepped out eagerly.

“Well?” he asks, rubbing his hands.

I pulled out my phone from my pocket, went to ‘voice memos’ and clicked ‘play.’

“This relationship we have,” a slight pause. “started with a dare…and you promised that you will break up with me after a month and a half, right?” the voice belonged to, no doubt, Chelsea Rhone.
