Opening Theme:
This is Y/N L/N. He's about 17 years old. His newly built house is in the northeastern part of a nearby village, where the forest is, and he is not married (although he is single and available). He used to be an office worker for his parents' company, where he would work part-time until 8 PM on weekdays and 12 PM on weekends, but now, he lives humbly as the local chef. He doesn't smoke or drink at all since it would affect his food and performance. He sleeps at around 11 PM, and he ensures that he gets eight hours of sleep a day. After eating a wholesome dinner and drinking a glass of warm milk before he sleeps, he usually has no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, he wakes up without any fatigue or stress in the morning, and he always feels like a new man.
What I'm trying to say here, is that Y/N is a person who wants to live a quiet and peaceful life. He doesn't want to trouble himself with any events or overbearing expectations that would cause him to lose sleep at night. That's how he lives his life, and that's what makes him happy.
Now for some explaining. Let's go back to where we last left Y/N.
Upon opening the book that was on the ground, Y/N read the first page which magically showed him some statistics:
Lvl.: 16
Strength (How hard you hit): 41
Endurance (How durable you are and how much you can lift): 52
Dexterity (How quick you are): 35
Talent (How good you are at using magic and other skills): 77
Focus Skill: Melee
Weak Skill: Unarmed
Y/N turned the next page, which showed him a list of talents he had. His eyes widened in surprise when he saw how long the list was.
Talents & Specialties: Passive skills that you have.
Only the Finest: Your talent for cooking warms both the body and the soul. Any food you make and/or consume can cure any physical status effect such as poison, sickness, coma, etc. Food made with magical ingredients can cure both physical status effects and magical curses; not to mention your food makes people friendlier towards you. ;) At higher levels, this skill will affect you passively, since you're always sampling your own food or eating it all the time to the point where it's just a part of you.
Vitamin Overdrive: They weren't lying about what was in those carrots. Depending on the ingredients, anyone who eats your food, including yourself, gains powered up effects of the food for a certain duration depending on how much of it was consumed. For instance, Vitamin A food lets you see in the dark easily, Vitamin D makes your body nigh invulnerable, and Vitamin K can heal your wounds quicker. Unlocked after unlocking the passive component of 'Only the Finest'.
Man of the People: You're not creepy, you're not powerful, you're just you. People find you more approachable, and you have a lower chance of being put under suspicion, unless you're blatantly doing something you're not supposed to. Like, you could walk through a crowd and sneak off with a piece of bread, but you can't run up to a noble at a gala and shank them and expect everything to be fine.
"Why the hell would I want to do that?" Y/N muttered to himself as he continued reading.
Fire control: Make anything from a pilot light, to a boulder-sized fireball.
