red, green, and yellow streamers were hung along with balloons everywhere. A sign was being put up by the elderly Shopkeep that read in bright red letters "WELCOME TO VALE!" for all the foreign newcomers from their respective kingdoms of Remnant.

"The Vytal Festival! Oh, this is absolutely wonderful!" Weiss chimed twirling around with her hands in the air. She had a smile on and looked at them.

"Is she...smiling?" Jirou asked herself.

"I don't think I've ever seen you smile this much, Weiss," Ruby said before a small uneasy frown crossed her face."It's kinda weirding me out..." She muttered.

"How could you not smile?" She asked a bit too happily. "A festival dedicated to the cultures of the world! There will be dances! Parades! A tournament! Oh, the amount of planning and organization that goes into this event is simply breathtaking!

[Y/N] slid next to Blake. "This cheery demeanor sounds a bit fake and exaggerated. If you ask me." They muttered quietly as she nodded in agreement.

"You know how to take a good thing and make it sound boring." Yang sighed crossing her arms. Mammon gave her a thumbs up and noticed ships in the distance.

"Quiet you!" Weiss snapped.

They found themselves walking toward the docks and the smell of fish was in the air.

"Remind me again why we're spending our Fridayafternoon visiting the stupid docks?" Yang demanded glaring at Weiss.

"I've heard that students visiting from Vacuo will be arriving by ship today. And, as a representative of Beacon, I feel as though it is my solemn duty to welcome them to this fine kingdom!" Weiss elegantly appointed.

"Sure," Mammon uttered as Weiss shot a glare at him.

Weiss walked away and the teams stood there for a moment.

"She wants to spy on them so she'll have the upper hand in the tournament," Blake admitted smiling at Weiss.

"You can't prove that!" Weiss scoffed.

Ruby turned her head to the right, "Woah..." Both teams looked at her to see that there was a shattered window. There was a door with yellow caution tape from the cops. "What happened here?" She asked curiously.

"Robbery. Second Dust shop to be hit this week. This place is turning into a jungle." One of them answered while writing down on his pad

"Yeah, just doesn't make a lick of sense. Who needs that much Dust?" The first cop questioned himself.

"I don't know, an army?" His partner replied.

"You thinking the White Fang?" The first one asked, waving his pen around.
